Likes

I liked the campus and facilities they are providing to us. The competition between the students are high so get opportunities to work hard to stay competitive. I also like the swimming pool.
I am so interested in swimming so i like the pool so much. You get relaxed in the pool the pool size is good enough for me and my friends to enjoy.
Also the gym which have all the equipment

Dislikes

I didn’t like the C division class room there is not much facilities for students

Course curriculum is easy to understand and followed by faculty members. Faculty members are highly professional and educated. Their teaching method is easy to understand. But we got less time to prepare for exam

Since inception our institute is providing 100% placement. We are the batch of 147 till now 139 is already placed for summer internship program. Institute are approaching other companies for remaining students. Placement committee is working hard for the placement of each and everyone

Fees and Financial Aid

Course is affordable. Tution fee may be increased than last year. Institute provides all the facilities to students books ans library facilities also online library. They provide 100% placement since inception so high ROI

Campus Life

As their is tight schedule in PGDM we are getting less time to enjoy but the campus is so beautiful. You feel relaxed while waking at night. There is alot of committee which student has to join. I joined social media committee of NIA. Alot of events are also happened at NIA and these events are managed by students

Hostel Facilities

How facility is good enough. But one problem is there they provide triple sharing rooms. I got hostel some of my friends didn't get it. Meal quality is good. There is one student committee which handle the food related issues

Admission

I scored 79.89 percentile in cat and applied for PGDM in insurance and risk management at NIA, pune. And gone through the GD/PI process online. Process is so smooth & easy. the cut - off for OBC is 75 percentile.

Interview Experience

Yes, i appered for group discussions for the admission process the process is so smooth they asked about yourself and why you want to choose this institution and how do you align your graduation course

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

I scored 87.90%ile in Cmat and as the COVID 19 pandemic was at the end I had to give PI online. The process was very smooth. The cut-off was 75%ile for CAT and 95%ile for Cmat. As I have done internship in a insurance firm and had cleared III (insurance institute of India) exams i had very good chances to get in NIA.
