- Campus,Facilities, They are well maintained and are easy to access.

- Professors: They are dependent on circumstance but some of the professors really make you fall in love with Engineering.
Dislikes
- The admin staff and security staff can be a headache to deal with at times
- Nagpur: It is so expensive and is very boring compared to cities like pune hyderabad and even indore
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and professors are upto date and keep up with changing technologies that have been proven to work.They prioritise students writing and understanding their own code work and the professors are available to entertain doubts that students may have.Resources are shared online and are easy to rewatch and learn from or revise from.
Internships Opportunities
DE Shaw 1.5Lakh,John Deere 50k,Oracle 1Lakh,Goldman Sachs 1.5Lakhs. The internship opportunities have been great for the top 20-30% but for the remaining people it has been hard to even get past round Girls have almost all been placed whereas boys are still just waiting desperately.
Placement Experience
The placements are decent however with the recent recession it is harder to compare different universities. Students are still placed well with good packages even if the rate is not as high as expected.Professors provide a lot of research opportunities and there is a strong alumni network.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides a ton of scholarships for deserving students that work hard and also does its best to help students that may not be financially strong.The placements and internship opportunities are okay not too great not too bad.However the condition of the industry is well known.
Campus Life
The social life of nagpur is essentially non existent.After your first 1 or 2 semesters you will have explored everything there is to do in the city.The college hosts a lot of events from hackathons to business events to MUNs to college fests.You will have something to do and learn from almost every other week.The campus has a very strict no ragging policy and the seniors while authoritative are not abusive towards juniors.
Hostel Facilities
There is one hostel that is built in an apartment style area,Rest all are standard 2/3 floor spread out buildings.The facilities provided are maintained decently.There is a gym,swimming pool and a store,print shop,stationary and cycle shop not far from the boys hostel and the girls hostel is right next to the entrance of the college.There is an indoor hospital and a games arena.The hostel rooms themselves are of varying quality from room to room.High speed wired Internet is provided but it restricts access to applications and is prone to crashing.
Admission
I gave the JEE exam in Doha,Qatar and after the college rounds based on preference I got admission in VNIT Nagpur I had scored around 89.2%ile.It was 5th on my list after the major South NIT's and IIIT Delhi.My admission process was smooth especially considering it had happened during the tail end of the covid era.
