- Classroom facility - proper classroom facility is not there.
- Bsc students should be let alone, they shouldn't be ruled by their seniors like master students shouldnt be given the right
- Masters and interns also should get seperate rooms.
Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate a 9 on 10. Excellent course. And I wanted to get into medical course without dealing with blood stuffs much, for this condition radiology was one of the best in my eye. And I was interested in radiology field. We deal daily with various cases and since its a branch of medicine it fully related to real world applications. According to me i prefer frequent postings to be kept as we can spend more time in practical thing. Exams takes place at proper intervals , we have 3 sessionals and then the annual exam each year it's the same way. Difficulty level of exam is average to a bit difficult. But I find it as average.
Internships Opportunities
College provides internship in their own hospital. That is justice k s Hegde charitable hospital. A stipend of Rs.25 is provided per shift, which is very less. 32 students are divided into 3 shifts per day, i e., one will get one shift per day
Fees and Financial Aid
First year tution fee- Rs.1,28,000 2nd year- Rs.1,25,000 3rd year- Rs.1,25,000 They provide to installments every year to pay the fee. The installment interval varied from 1-2 months. 3,78,000 will be the total fee and University exam fee varied for each year from around 5,000-8,000 General scholarships are applicable like - NSP-for indian students, SSP for Karnataka students and there are scholarships for NRI students also. Employment rate is good, salary is also fine, but the stipends provided for internship is way too less.(Rs.25 per day)
Campus Life
We had rarely social events in the starting months because it was just end of covid time. But later on we had many activities like cultural day(dec) Various conference, we even held a national conference on 2nd &3rd of March 2024, it was really a wonderful experience. Had sport events indoor and outdoor, many cricket tournaments will be held overtime and even football tournaments. Many facilities are provided like indoor stadium, outdoor ground, gymnasium, yoga classes ,etc. Social groups per interest is also there.
Admission
Admission went on smoothly without any delay. Had to pay the first installment to book the seat. Eligibility was 2pu pass with pcmb with 70% or above. The application was given in the admission department and fee payment was also done there itself. Overall I can say that admission process was perfect.
