My University

I know that i have to do engineering as i have completed my diploma in engineering and i want to take admission in btech as very few good colleges offers lateral entry and a got chance here. The engineering syllabus should be updated to modern-day based curriculum As here there is a semester system and exam happens every 6 months and exams level is tough side Generally exam happens in their right time as even semester exam happens in may -june And odd semester exams happens in december-january

As i am in 2nd year now and internship start here in 5th semester and i am in 4th sem so as of now i could get any intership oppotunities as herd from seniors companies oferred them paid internships. After 4th sem there are a major project in every sem.

In 8th semester student became eligibal to take part in campus placement Recently buyjus visited and offered 10 students with job And other companies also visits like asianpaints ,wipro,tcs etc Highest package of our college is from a German company and package is 50 lac per annum initially and it will further increased and if you talk about average lpa it is 7 lpa 20-30% of student get placed as of current situation and it will be improved. My plans after getting degree is to take gate exam and to take admission in m.tech or preparation of psus .

No there is no hike in tution fees The complete cost of my one year including college fees and mess fees lodging and food is 750000 (all the items are cover) And if I got the hostel my cost of living would less more but there is less availability of hostels here University itself does not have any scholarship but scholarship from state goverment are given as if you are bengali you can apply aikyashree scholarship of 60000 and there are NSP for who did not get state scholarship like me as bihar govt did not offer any scholarship

A few days back a tech Fest named Aura was held in our campus in collaboration with IEM it generally happens in january but due to some reasons this year it happens in march You can find your course book variety from the library very easily but there are no journals The sitting arrangement is good and if needed there are smart classrooms also available faculty can access you if they feel the need of to clear your concept NCC and NSS are there and there is Aliah University football team Kabbaddi team

To become eligible for lateral entry of any engineering course you should have a diploma engineering from a recognised board Aliah University conducts an admission test (AUAT) for admission to various courses The application fee of auat for one course is 400 rupees. And admission forms generally out in march to april as of now from today aplication for admission into 2024-25 is ongoing. If you are not from west bengal you are treated as general candidate as i belongs to bihar so i get admission here without any reservation Frequency of admission is once a year and exams are quit difficult
