- The library's are good but can be improved. They have upgraded them but policy of no. Of books need to be increased.
- The campus area is good, I must say. The faculty that works here is always helpful towards students
Dislikes
- Co-ed policy of not letting girls and boys collaborate in teams to work towards the plan / project
- The management of things in college. Our dep was not planned neatly and executed even poorly.
- Many faculty left college during last year of time and not much done by college to bring rightful candidates.
Course Curriculum Overview
As AI was newer so I choose that course. We have project based learning but the management is poor on it. Students get away with it and no one could do anything. Disciplines need to be laid on grounds. Application level needs to be improved. Difficulty level is less though because it's frequently new! Professor's who have experienced need to be on Team.
Placement Experience
Generally students are eligible from seventh semester for Campus placement Names can be found on website but our mass recruiters are TCS, Capgemini, Accenture etc. And some other. Average package lies between 3-6 LPA. The highest was for 9.8 LPA. 6 CGPA is mandatory for placements and students getting placed are above 8 CGPA resp. With recession it has been hard for 2024 batch
Fees and Financial Aid
We have state scholarships so we get benefits from it. We even can pay in installments. Also with cheque. We have interhship thing in college but duration is less. Needs to be planned better and bring companies so we get experience! Campus has been improving from last recent years and is good but co-ed is joke here
Campus Life
We have lot of events going on throughout the year. Mainly technical events of all departments and they are so happening and cool. We have departmental insta pages which are run by different group admins of respective. We have sports and cultural program every year at beginning of year, mostly in January or February where you get to display your skills and hobbies respectively. That is wonderful experience. Even I was an anchor in events. All over the college we have smart-boards which help us be digitally ready to understand and apply all things! We have a library and online library too. The faculty that are working in library are helpful always. We get technical books 3 each and need to be renewed once a week. We also get self-help book one per each with same conditions. Some names of technical events - Tech-it-out, Code-py etc. Sharodtsav is the main cultural program
Admission
The admission process was good and considering it was past covid. They helped students! They even had a there own form-filling cell for MHT-CET.It's engineering course so need to be qualified for PCM. Applications fees are no such fees! As it's a Autonomous, Exams are taken frequently and professor's help with exam prep even. But the Course I'm enrolled in is new one and planning for our batch was not done rightly. Placement scenario this year has been poor though and CSE has some companies but no Specific company for AI and DS.
