I completed my diploma in electrical engineering after that I am confused where I should get admission as I belongs to Bihar in Bihar there are very less opportunity to get lateral entry in b.tech of electrical engineering .from seniors about this University and I found myself there . Our curriculum I good a bit outdated I suggest as I am peruing electrical in this world electrical engineering discovered very new technologies which should included in our curriculum Aliah University adopts semester system of examination and our exam held at 6 months and it helds generally happens odds semester exams in December-January and even semester exams in May-june Exam consits of module questions from every unit and it is of 3 hours .exams are little difficult if you prepare well you can get good CGPA.

I am a 4th sem student as of now and internships are only you can after end of 4th sem or say from 5th sem . Good compies of core branch offers paid internships After 4th semester each semester there is a major project and compulsory for every student .

Students becomes eligible for campus placement only after the end of 7th semester and in 8th semester Recently buyjus visited our campus and slected 10 students 4 from mechanical engineering and 6 from electrical engineering Talking about highest offer made by companies it is 50 lacs per annum and 7 lacs aprrox per annum 20-30% student get placed Getting a respected job .

There is no fee hike policy here and from I came to this University fees remains same and I heard from seniors our university fees are same from past 5 years Complete cost of my one year fees and survice fees are 15000 according to this calculation my whole course fees is 45000 rupees approx. Aliah University does not provides any scholarship but despite of that you can apply state university such as for West Bengal student there is aikyashree which facilities students with 60000 per student per year and Central scholarship NSP which provides 20000 per student per year . No

AURA a tech fest which helds every year in our college .it held this year also in March generally it happens in January . unfortunately I could not get participated in this but this facinates me . As I does not explore library but my every course books and research papers are available in our library .but unfortunately there is no journal available in our library. Taking about extra curricular activities you have NCC NSS and our university have full fledged football and basketball team and ground and you can also take part in that .every year cricket tournament,football tournament and indoor games tournament are organised.

As I have taken admission in b.Tech electrical lateral entry to get admission in this course you should completed diploma in engg. from a recognised university. One can find the application form for entrance examination from aliah University official. generally application for addition form say AUAT form released in March to April of every year.this year admission application form are live from 18th of March. And application form fees are 400 rupees. I belongs to Bihar and any student from outside West Bengal are considered as general and not eligible for any kind of reservation. AUAT happens once per year question paper consists of 100 questions and time given is 120 minutes and according to me question level is quite difficult. Improvement I suggest that college should provide centre of admission examination outside West Bengal also.
