What Students Say

Likes

Dogs in the campus area. Extremely cutie fur babies.
Fests being organised by the university. Loove it.
Friends. Without whom the college life would be unbearable.

Dislikes

Staff at the administration office. Rude for no reason.
Washroom facility. It is not that clean and hygienic.
Some faculty members. Do not have interest in talking to students.

Course Curriculum Overview

In terms of curriculum, university is excellent. There are a huge variety of courses being offered. It is extremely helpful to choose from the options. From last 2 years, university has tried to include various enhancement courses in the curriculum. It is extremely helpful for students. Overall, this area is excellent.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 27000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Th fee structure is such that you have to pay fee for whole year together. However, sometimes there is a hike in fees but university student council is always present to help the students and reduce that hike. Also there are a variety of scholarships being offered by university. Various financial aids are provided as well.

Campus Life

Campus life is not that interesting though. It becomes interesting only when the fest season comes. The fest season is in march-april, extremely fun time. The vibes are immaculate. Talking about other facilities such as library, it is really good. Sports however happen once in a blue moon for students not from the sports quota.

Admission

The admission process was fully online. It was hassle free in some way. However if given an option to choose, I would prefer the offline way. Though there are some negative aspects of the same but it is much convenient as you have someone to clear your doubts then and there. The admission was done considering Cuet scores.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Maims college detailed review

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. The percentage of students getting placements are around 8290%. My plans after getting this degree includes to do a post graduation in the fields of business only and then get

Placement Experience:

Placement Deptt of College is very good and students got eligible after 5th Semester for Placement. During Placement Drive, all the top level companies visited to College Campus, even I got 4 Offers from different companies, whereas i Joined ICICI Bank due to flexible working hours and salary pakcage was good also.

Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

I don't get the addmission in other colleges because my marks was low. All colleges od Delhi University take addmin through CUET Exam. For BA Hons. My first year experience
