VIT-AP college detailed review

As VIT-AP curriculum is up to date with industry need. The curriculum here is par with top college of our country .In VIT we have FFCS system which gives us to choose our own faculty (Prof) ,slots,time table .In VIT for every subject we have theory lectures followed by respective lab classes. The one thing I like most about the currriculum is that we have STS (soft skills) classes in which you will be taught soft skills topics (GD ,logical reasoning , communication skills, presentation). On the other hand, these soft skills topics are taught 2 or 3 months before the placement session . Here all the Professors are PHd holders and are most of them are from IITs , NITs and top universities. Most of the Professors are really good. In every semester we have 2 CATs (Continuous assessment test) and 1 FAT (Final assessment test). There is a decent difficulty level of exams.

The compainies recruited here are Microsoft, TCS, JP morgen, Infosys, Hp, HCL, Uber, Wellfargo, Saplabs, etc for various roles like software devloper, fullstack devloper, designing, management, etc and got stipend like 12 LPA, 5LPA.

As VIT have centralised placement but still every 4 campus have its own placement cell for pacement assistance .There are several companies like Microsoft, Infosys, JP morgen, Samsung,Uber, Hp, Saplabs, Wipro, etc.Previous here 2000 offers has been made for various roles like software devloper, fullstack devloper, designing, managment roles, etc. On 6th semester onwards students are eligible to sit for placements.Here placement packege offered like 63 LPA,45 LPA ,34 LPA ,21LPA ,15LPA , 5 LPA . As much I gone through all the data and stats highest package 63 LPA (2022), average 8 - 9 LPA and median was 3 LPA . Previous year placed ratio was around 95% and so on.After completing my Btech. I will go for higher studies.

On the basis of your VITEEE rank you will be called for online counseling where you will be asked to fill choices for branch and campus. Based on your rank you will be alloted respective campus and branch . In VIT there is a category fee system based on the rank you will be alloted category 1 - 5 there respective fee range (1,98,000 - 5,00,000) its yoor tuition only . Your complete cost for whole Btech. course depends on the category you alloted. There are several scholerships for respective board toppers there tuition fee 100% fee wavier and VITEEE 1 - 10 rank holders. There are lots of apportunities appart from academics for overall devlopment of students . There are lots of clubs and chapters which keeps on organizing events and workshop that makes student involve in other aspects apart frome academics. we are informed about all the opportunities that are available inside and outside the campus through college mail to avail all the opportunity

Here we experience the best campus life with many fests and event and gender ratio is approximately 1:1. Our campus allows many social activities and debates. The labs that we have are with well developed modern equipments and a well trained Professors will adress and help us. Some of the programs like self-defense ,NSS ,etc . Our dean and Professors allows us to feel free in the campus and no PDA is allowed inside campus. In our college there are 2 national level fests. Cultural fest VITOPIA and technical fest VTAPP . Classes here are well equiped with projectors ,speakers .

Yes I opted for hostel and the hostel countains both AC and non-AC rooms of 2 bedded and 4 bedded it is known that for upcoming people there will be 6 bedded of both AC and non-AC also there are no worries about the hostel maintenance there is 24*7 security in hostel to help in any critical condition. There response regard any complain is very quick whether its regarding repairs of electric problem , cleaning stuffs. Mess here is totally hygiene and they maintain complete cleanliness.The mess food is you will be having lots of option and the quality of food is decent and good . Here hostel allotment based on the counselling where you will be having options like 2 ,4,6 bedded and you will get table chair almirah as basic amenities .The rooms here are cleaned and maintain daily by hostel staff even bathrooms ,toilets are cleaned and well maintained.The one thing I like here that we get geyser to use cold and hot water accordingly.

First we have to write an exame called VITEEE to get admission in any of 4 campus of VIT.Eligibility criteria for VITEEE exame is we have to score minimum 60% aggregate marks in P+C+M in respective 12th board exam.How to apply? We need to fill application form for VITEEE exam. You will get the application form on official website of VIT. It's application form fee is 1350 INR. As VITEEE is conducted every year once in a month of april .VITEEE is a computer based exam,duration will be 2 hrs 30 min will be of MCQ based for every correct answer you will be awarded 1 mark and for wrong answer 0 mark there is no negative marking. Paper consists of 125 question Physics (35Q) ,Chemistry (35Q),Maths (40Q),Aptitude (10Q),English(5Q).As difficulty level will be of boards level. I think there ranking system should me more transparent for better reliablity .
