Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus for biotechnology is very vast. And there is more to study. Now i am in 2nd year and the syllabus is now increasing and it is very understanding. Some topics are bery complicated like industrial and agricultural biotechnology. Others are quite easy to study and learn
Internships Opportunities
There are many best company for biotechnology and they provide best internship programes for our college They select the student's based on their skills and their language in English. And they will see our percentage in every semester.and they also check what all things we have done for our college and which all programes we have participated other than the course
Placement Experience
The campus placement is there for our course and college based on our skills. The members from other company visit our college and visit the student's and based on the skills they will recruit the students to their company's for experience and jobs I dont know the packages offered by the companys because now i am in 2nd year i got to know about this from my seniors There is high percentage of students are selected for this campus placement My plan is to do research on my course biotechnology
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fees for us the fees for 1 sem is 60000 and the rest of the sem is 45000.The fees structure is good and affordable. As this is a degree course and it is 3 years the total fees is 285000. As i am staying in hostel the fees for 1 year for hostel is 85000. After this Bsc we can apply for Msc in this same college or if you are looking for another university,some university will conduct entrance exams for Msc. And for phd we can go abroad by applying aborad university's
Campus Life
The college life is good. Our college provides many annual programs related to study's and for other cultural activitys. Few days back Ethinic day was held on our college. I love the programe. There is so many clubs like literary club, rotractory club etc. Nss camps were there
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are good. Hostel rooms are AC and there is the availablity of laundry to wash our dress. And daily cleaning is there. But the problem is there is no freedom like we cant go out for outing. We can only go on sundays. Food and all is good. Some month i dont like the food menu. Other than that no problem is there. Hostel have high securitys and the faculty's of the hostel like warden and all are good
Admission
I took a drop for neet 1 year through online. But i didn't get admission any where. I also attended the KEAM exam for engineering. I got an admission for B tech mechanical engineering in alapuzha college. But i dont like B tech courses. So at last i decided to take admission for the course bSc biotechnology. Because i love biology on my puc time The eligibility for this course is.we want to study science stream on puc. And we want to score more than 50 percentage in the subjects like biology, physics, and chemistry I found the application form with the help of agent. Entrance exams were not there They didnt show the campus properly like library's. We should know more about the faculties of our course. In some colleges the faculties are not much experienced. So we want to see their experience.
