Course Curriculum Overview

My 1st semester subject are Maths, computer structure architecture, c programing, human rights, gym and nutrition and english . My 2nd semester consists of database management system , operating system , java programing, english , human rights and food and science .

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of my cource is 75,000 per semester, first semester fees was 85,000 which includes the exam fees and uniform and stationary price. Yenepoya provides us internship oppurtunities for IBM , TCS and Windows.

Campus Life

Our college gives us various opportunities of joining clubs like NSS, Red cross , Rotratory club , Eco club and White media . Our college conducts allot of programs and events . Yenepoya conducts events for festivals , cultural events ,sports day and anual day .

Hostel Facilities

Our college has its own campus which is 10 minutes away by bus frm our campus . I am a hosteler . I have been staying in yenepoya hostel for 1 and half semesters . Our hostel provides us very gud facilities like laundry services , gud quality food , Air conditioning, well maintained rooms and bathrooms . Yenepoya jeppu hostel is considered to be the best hostel in Mangalore.

Hostel Fee: INR 85000 per year

Admission

Choosing Yenepoya was my own choice . I didnt write any entrance exam while joining this campus. I decided to study BSC cyber forensic in Yenepoya. So i joined Yenepoya through an educational consultancy. They made my admission procedures easier. I had to pay an admission fee of 20000 rupees to get the seat. By paying the fee i got my seat in Yenepoya . I attained a mark of 70 percentage in cbse 12th board exams. I was eligible to study in yenepoya

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
