In 2024 it was too obvious for me to choose Artificial intelligence and machine learning over computer science engineering because of the saturation in the placements for a normal programmer whereas if we talk about ai engineering there is less saturation and because of the versatile environment the course made it to the top priority of my branch selection list

As for my knowledge Tata steel have been giving lots of internships to the 3rd year student with a stipend of 20000 per month. Tata steel have given many projects to the intern to complete as of now i have no information regarding it but as soon as i get I will update it on here

Starting from 3rd year the students become eligible for accepting the PPOs offered by several companies. Being in the CSE department I can mention some companies which came and gave a good amount for placement like Atlassian, Microsoft , infosys and more. More than 80% got placed last year from CSE department. However I have been planning to initiate my MBA dream so far after completion of BTECH degree.

The fee structure is volatile. Tuition fees increase approximately 20% each semester. It follows on the regular interval. Talking about the fees for 4 year btech programme it is nearly about 20,00,000 indian rupees including all the charges. There is a well known scholarship programme which is always active ( GP BIRLA SCHOLARSHIP) Which provides around to 50% scholarship of the semester fees per semester.

The overall experience is kind of nice. This got plenty of reason here are some of it. - annual events like BITOTSAV is organized and celebrities are invited. Hackathons are organized and many more fun stuffs. - Books, journals , novels are always available in the central library. - Faculties are always available for help , too friendly but formal faculties. - Sports and other activities happens frequently , sports meet is a preferrable option to gain some extra points and to develop senior interaction. - There are a plenty of clubs that provide productivity , fun activity , dance , singings , codings , and more...

Unfortunately , I being honest the hostel facilities arent too good here but managable. Meal quality is kind of good but not that good like they make edible food. Registration process is very simple , they just give a slip to be submitted in the hostel and you are in.

The process for admission was initiated under the surveillance of JoSaa which organizes the counselling sessions for JEE exams organized by NTA. Being a category(SC) student I scored 84 percentile in my 2nd attempt of JEE 2023 and got selected in the second round of CSAB. The application forms for Josaa and CSAB is available on their respective sites if needed for counselling sessions. Talking about the JEE exams , The exam is conducted for 3 hours Phy Maths Chem , 1 hour each. The difficulty level is set to moderate to hard questions whereas some tricky easy questions are also hidden for student to dig it out. From my point of view the exam conducted was on a little high level as expected. The admission process after giving JEE and clearing the cuttoff , Student shall apply for josaa in which 6 rounds are held and student are alloted seats although they can still apply for csab round if not selected in josaa. Then studen get confirmation email from college.
