This course cariculum is good for who is interested in coding and data science. Here we know about python, c ,Java, c++ and will be a software engineer . Also you get a chance a backend and frontend developer

Internships Opportunities

College have soany internship outlet like TCS cognizant, Infosys, but the placement cell is bad after internship no job is available no more interviews this is are bad thing interships are less paying

Last 3 years ago the placement was good but recently for the ressesion placements are down approx 3.5 lakhs is avarage pakacge in this university and highest pakage is 10 lakh per annum . This is the placement report

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester fee for this course per semester 85000 rupees and extra you need dress fee, book fee , travel fee . And if you take hostel this get extra fees . I think fees are good for this course. This is about my college fees

Campus Life

Campus is too small because it is situated in Newtown Kolkata which is a conjested area .small campus but fun is enough in this campus . Campus have no play ground this is very bad thing . And not enough space for fest .

Admission

After 12 i gave wbjee entrance exam and got rank of 10675 and after counseling I get the university university of engineering and management it's take 170000 rupees per year . Eligibility for this BTech Computer science engineering course must be have 75 percentage in 12 th boards on science stream .

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Excellence with good culture of academic and infrastructure

If frustration would have a definition.

If you want to join ths college you have give IEMJEE (their own admission exam) or through WBJEE Exam. But don't worry pal half of it's admission is done by management quota and rest of the seat is seal by external broker.
