the curriculum of bit mesra is very relevant according to todays competition. it provides coding courses to all students irrespective of branch in the 1st year itself.provides branch changing options if one perform good in academics.the curriculum removal of few subjects which includes production engineering workshops for circuital branch students etc.it conducts exam 4 times per semester.2 quizes and 2 semester exams.the difficulty level is moderate

the companies like microsoft google and others provide internship apportunities to the students.the offers are 30k to 40k per month with rent facilities and other allowances.the clubs like ACM IEEE will help students to get a good internship through its best alumni network.the internship projects include app development ,web development etc.

you will get eligible for placements from the 7th semester.the companies generally allows all circuital students to sit in the it placements.one needs to have atleast 7.5 cgpa to be eligible to sit in the placements.companies like amazon google microsoft qualcom synopsis samsung visit in the campus.the package offered last year was 60 lpa which was oncampus.the average package for ece branch is 14 lpa and for cse is 17 lpa.last year 982 jobs were offered.more than 85 percent students got placed.my plan after the degree is to get a good job and after that to join the family business.

the fee structure in bit mesra is slightly higher than the IITs but it is still very much better than the other private colleges. the college will took 1600000 for 4 years which includes the hostel rent.the mess fees is 3k to 4k per month. the hostel fees has yearly rise of 10 percent.the scholarships include gp birla scholarship.if you get more than 9 cgpa you get 50 percent scholarship if you get more than 9.5 cgpa you will get 90 percent scholarship.also provide scholarships to financially weak students.

the campus life at bit mesra is extremely good.it has two grand annual fests.which are one tech fest PANTHEON and one cultural fest BITOTSAV.it has a very big library you will find every type of book there.teachers provides powerpoint presentations at the classroom with is accessible to every student.there are so many clubs of every field from gaming to cofing to sports.it has ncc nss and other groups .there are sports meet of every sport occur in the college.

in the hostel room you will get tiled flooring.table for studying beds and cemented almirah for your clothes and other items.the mess menu is very flexible and changeable every month according to the demand of students.the quality of food is also suitable to every type of people.in the locality like in booty more you will also find a rented room.

one can get admission in bit mesra after giving jee main exam.after it the admission process starts through the josaa counselling.one has to fill the josaa form.its only direct way to get admission in this college.for general the cutoff for cs is 20000 rank in jeemain for ece it is 35000 rank in jeemain the oveerall cutoff for general is 100000 rank.the josaa application form fees is 1500.the bit mesra provides homestate reservation which is 50 percent.it also provides reservation to sc/st. the jeemain exam held twice a year jan april.the admission process should be more user friendly.
