my course CSE has better opportunities in the future whether be it masters research or the placement moreover I loved computers since childhood so I was interested in knowing how the work and how are software made in the real world, my course teaches how we can solve day-to-day problems with the help of computers and how we can make our lives easier in first year they taught us some unnecessary subjects like ECE chemistry physics which I think are not that important to study so these subjects should be removed from the course frequency of exams is high every 40 days you have to take a sem examination called CAT-1 then CAT-2 finally FAT but they are not that difficult everything comes from the syllabus only

our college has a decent internship record some of them are stipend and some of them are just for the experience many companies like Razorpay, caterpillar Shell Ford visit here for internship and roles they offer are an intern since I'm in the first year I don't know anything about projects and tasks

placement in our college is decent you get an average placement of 7lpa for CSE companies Amazon and Microsoft visit our college from 3rd year students become eligible for placements decent no. of companies visit our campus the highest package offered in 2023-2024 was 40lpa and the was around 7lpa Around 90 percent of students get placed my plans after getting degree is to do masters from abroad

the fee structure varies from 2lac per year to 5lac depending on which fee category you got and the category is decided by the rank you got in the VITEEE examination as such there are no hikes in fee the only thing is you have to do well in viteee to get minimum category the complete cost education of 4 years would be around 20lac including fees hostel fees travel expenses and other expenditure in the name of scholarships there is just fee categories campus offers good internship opportunities and campus employment based on your CGPA and your skillset

campus life is pretty good unless you are not used to restrictions there are so many clubs that you will find your interest in any one of them talking about the infrastructure since the campus is new our college has futuristic infrastructure which is a plus point campus has 180 acres of land on paper so it is still under construction our college has two festivals one technical and one cultural technical fest is called VTAPP and other is called VTOPIA we have one huge library with plenty of books our classrooms have smartboards with proper cleanliness and good furniture

The hostel facility is good but a bit overpriced we have to pay 180000 per year for a bedded ac room including mess and laundry in the room you get two beds two cupboards two table-chairs a big split ac our room is cleaned every day and every repairment is on time registration is simple you have to fill in your details at the time of admission and pay the whole year's fee at once and fill in your preference of room like you want ac or non ac two bed 4 bed or 15bed

admission process was smooth i had to take an entrance examination called VITEEE and I got 20thousand rank talking about the eligibility of the course one should have at least 60 percent in the 12th board examinations and should clear the cutoff you can find the application form on the VIT official website once forms are released as such there are no reservation benefits paper is of 2hrs with an easy difficulty level student intake should be reduced
