Review of my college

the course cirriculum here is same as all the other IIT's and NIT's and of their level. the specific aspects of the curriculum such as practicals and internships influced me to take Insrrumentation course here. the courses here prepare us for real worls applications, the training we do in labs halps a lot to gain knowledge trough experimentations. according to me there are no improvements required as students are not burdened , only 5 days of classes a week and classes are from 8:30 am to 4:30pm with breaks in between them. exam frequency is really very good not like it has much or less gaps , it has moderate gaps and if we are well prepared exams would really be easy

There are internship opportunities here. colage has Mou signed with many prestigies universities such as iit mandi , iit delhi, iit ropar ,drdo, csir labs etc were the internships are done easily. Companies such as reliance , mahindra offer a very good stipends yearly

we do have placement drives in collage , from 7th semester one is eligible for placements . companies such has wipro delloite amul tata group of companies reliance goldman sack etc visited with their requirment offers. the highest package from collage is around 24 lakhs and the median package is around 4.5-5 lakhs , the percentage of students getting placed is around 85% . my plan after getting degree is to go for higher studies i.e doing mtech and phd

tution fees : 37000 per semester for 4 years in total with no hikes and roughly 296000 for whole course completion including tution fees service charges and other charges. Financial aid are given to students , there are many scholarships given to students such as one for the students who come under sc/st and gen-ews also one for the the top three students from each courses who are actually the rank openers of their batch, also students here apply for mahindra scholarships etc which is very easily approved from the collage. For Mtech and Phd students there can teach here and earn the stipend here

Campus life is really good , here we have many clubs containing technical clubs non technical clubs and social clubs . for fests we have three fests yearly - Madhuram(cultural) Techfest and food fest. Madhuram is held in october, techfest in april and food fest july . Librabry is very large here containing of 15lakhs+ books collectively all books such as that of engineering , sciences, social, thesis etc are available there. mostly the classes are digital classroms only with a seating capacity of 120 students at a time . 4vollyball court , football court, kabbadi courts, 4 circket grounds a tennis court a well versed badminton court also ecah hostel has their own badminton court available. clubs are run by students which really impact student life like i was really helped by mavricks and endevour ( technical clubs) in robotics also happy clubs conducts many trips and also help in overall development of students by teaching them proper communicating skills

Yes we have hostel facility with 10 boys hostel and 4 girls hostel, there are 3,2,single seater accomodation. a hostel room contains a bed , table, chair, a cupbord(closet) and a balcony. each hostel has ther own mess with a proper well versed meals for the whole week.hostels also have t.v room , common rooms with indoor games, badminton court a garden and wifi is available here with 24/7 hot water and drinking water. registraton of hostel is done at hte time of admission . hostel fees is only 3300/- per semester which is really very affordable

The admission proces was real quick , its on the basis of jee mains rank . after qualifying for the collage in the councesliing process we have to report to collage for futher verfication and hostel allotment. I took jee mains and jee advance as entrance exam after which qualifying in jee mains made me to come to this collage . for admissionn procedures we can visit the collage website . here all the courses have around 60 -70 seats in them. the one thing which i didnt like in the the admission process is that your councelling results were announced on 4th and we were told to report to collage till 10th of march, the gap was really little less
