Electrical Engineering is a core engineering with difficult curriculum . It is covering a huge area of knowledge with its huge syllabus. With focused studies the curriculum makes us quite legible for higher studies or industry work.

I am in the first year of my cource so not having much details about the internship opportunity. Seniors are doing internships in different big companies mostly of TT department and industry with few government internships in power companies.

Placement scenerio is not great. Students in TT department gets 100% placement but other departments are need to work hard and maintain good cgpa for placement. Most of the students opt for competitive exams for higher studies or govt jobs.

Our fee structure is rs 3000 and total college fees for complete Btech in any stream except CSE is Rs 32000. All government and private scholarships can be applied . I am getting a government scholarship of rs 60000 per year.

In our college the cultural fest is ALFESCO and all other fests like technical fests , Science Congress and reunion are held. Size of our campus is small but it is in one of the most prime location in the city.

Hostel facilities are available only for boys . Admission fees is rs 3200 which includes bed rent and electricity cost. Monthly cost for food is rs 2000 . All facilities are available in the hostel including indoor sports ,gym etc

Admission is done through WBJEE examination. My rank was 12322 and the cutoff varies with categories.CSE opening rank is 3000 to 11000 EE openning ran is 11000 to 24000 ME opening rank is from 12000 to 36000 TT openning rank is from 30000 to 45000 for general category.
