Course Curriculum Overview

Now because of new education policy, the curriculum has been changed which is good. There are many changes in exams also. But this curriculum does not prepares for real world applications. The exams level are moderate .

Internships Opportunities

Many companies come to our college during our college's annual internship fair named 'Intern-o-feira'. Every college student is eligible for internship. Companies like bajaj comes to over college. Stipend is quite average.

Placement Experience

There is an annual internship fair in our college which provides internships to all-year students. The placement is average, mostly commerce students have it as placement comes for them. Most opt for further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very affordable, it's around 16.9k per annum. Additionally, there are exam fees which are around 2000 per semester. There are also reservations for different certificates which makes it even lower.

Campus Life

Campus life is moderate. Crowd is fine. The annual fest is amazing and departmental fest kept going on in first 3 months. The library is one of largest libraries of the university which is great. There is e library also. The classrooms are well equipped. Seminar hall is amazing. Sports facilities are moderate . Seminars, events keep on going throughout the year

Admission

The admission is based on cuet score. The site give suggestion of college on its own which is great. To became eligible for this course, one need to give exam in pcm. It's score and your priority list will be deciding factors

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

All about ARSD.

I applied to a lot of other colleges under Delhi University and some private colleges, i chose this college over those because overall it was a better and reputed college. Fees is quite affordable, attendance is managable, well infrastructure, based in a good locality, good connectivity and several other reasons. After your cuet examinations, you need to register yourself on the CSAS portal, offered by the university of delhi, where you need to make a preference sheet and then you are given colleges based on your CUET score....Read More
