I was interested in AI&Ml and in this college that course was available. The teaching is good and the teacher always help us in every thing and always help us like a mentor I'm thankful that I have opted this college as my options

Placement Experience

After 3rd semester the students are eligible for the placements and there are many companies that came to our college and made incredible offers the companies that came to our college are Lenovo, cognizant and many more and our college is at 15 positive all over the odisha for the placements

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is very good and also cheap and affordable and also it includes the hostel fees. Education fees is also low , scholarship is also provided by the college and the amount is 30000/- per year upto 4 years

Campus Life

There is trifest that every year occurs at the month of February and also the big stars also comes in the starnite . The library contains all type of books. In classroom there is a projector which help students to learn efficiently and aslo the every year sports tournament happens. And there are so many clubs you can join according to your choice

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are very good and well maintained, every week cleaners come and clean the room, hygienic system is also good, meal quality is good and menu is also good .you can apply for the hostel at the time of the admission

Admission

To be eligible for the course, you must have at least an 8 lakh ranking in India. Additionally, Ojee Counseling is used to carry out the choosing process. There are three exams total in each semester: two internal exams, each worth thirty marks and lasting an hour, and the major exam or the semester exam, which carries 100 marks and takes three hours to complete. For these three, the exam difficulty level is medium. I believe that everything is excellent and doesn't need to be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

Trident is a private college and in 2021 it was the only college we could afford. In other hand i had another college silicon institute of technology in my mind but the admission fees was on a higher side.
