- Campus life o jipmer is good , and the academic fees is affordable. The college provides proper infrastructure and lab facilities within the campus. .

- The mess availability within the hostel is not provided. Good menu for food is not following
- Less vacation time period, it is difficult to go home from puducherry to kerala in short time
- Not providing proper study leave , it is difficulty to cover the topics for exam
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum help me to get choose the course of bsc nursing. The curriculum is detailed & understandable. By the help of curriculum I able to get knowledge of my course. The curriculum is in proper manner and it is easy to understand in step by step. It helps me to understand the further academic matters. According to curriculum it is in detailed manner so easy to prepare for exam. They providing longer time period in annual exam, it is difficult to write continuously. They providing 3hr for each exam ,for continuous writing it cause tired. In my perspective I suggest yo decrease the time period of exam
Internships Opportunities
I want to do internship in jipmer for practice as a nurse, it help to provide more opportunities in out-of the world. I also plan to practice AIIMS Delhi also. In jipmer they provided facilities for internship. It is not compulsory for everyone
Fees and Financial Aid
In first year, the fee structure is around 9000/- and in the second year it is around 5000/-. Because of less academic class than clinical classes the fees reduces accordingly. The clinical hours increases in upcoming years. Academic fee comparatively less ,but the mess expenses can't afford sometimes. Scholarships are not getting, because of that it cause difficulties in sometime, I'm facing financial difficulties. I applied for a scholarship but didn't get yet.(padavukal scholarship by kerala government)
Campus Life
The over all campus life of jipmer is good, socialisation in jipmer is good, infrastructure provided in jipmer is also good .they providing festivals and programmes. The accessibility of books also available but the library provided is small and number of books also less in number. The classroom facilities are proper and helpful. They provided opportunities in sports and extracurricular activities. The college life of jipmer is good
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are good but congested rooms. They accommodating double room for 3 people. Facilities are good in hostel other than room. Because of 3 people in a room cause no space in room, no facilities for placing past year books,only a small cupboard for dress, a table&chair,a cot. Now the mess facilities within the hostel is not provided. It cause difficulties in breakfast during clinical periods.
Admission
After neet exam I applied to jipmer, The admission period is long &it cause difficulties. Through my admission period the optional certificate such as (transfer certificate or migration certificate ).I bring only migration certificate, firstly they didn't accept that after some period only they accepted. It cause mental pressure for me. By obc reservation I have UR 16 . In my admission period the duration is too long , it cause food problem, traveling problem, difficulty in getting room for staying etc. Helping for admission should be improved will benefit for the new comers.
