- The Infrastructure of the campus. The entry gate of the campus is very beautiful
- The labs Have Advanced technology But in some labs The instruments do not work.
- The sports facilities Are quite good. The grounds are big and we have grounds for each and every sport
Dislikes
- Most of the professors here are not willing to Teach They have high qualifications.
- The mess food here was not good at all.But after the new system The food is eatable
- The hostel room space here is not enough for 2 people But.You have to adjust.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is almost the same as in 20 years. It is not getting updated, unlike the DTU and nsut institutions. But the courses are good and if someone wants to learn he can take these courses seriously. We have 2 quizzes and one mid-term and one end-term.
Fees and Financial Aid
This is a good boon to get into IIT. The students below 5 lack income and have to pay just 33% fees which is around 34k. Below 1 lakh income has to pay no tution fees. there is a variety of financial aids and scholarships which give 37k every semester to students.
Campus Life
The infrastructure provided is excellent. Some of the clubs are very active But some clubs are Active at starting but they do not conduct any sessions afterward. If you have passion and something then the clubs are best for you The campus life is good But to go outside you have to go to Chandigarh Which is around one hour from here.
Admission
The admission process was easy. we got an email from the institution about our entry number and other details. You should check the iit ropar website frequently after josaa for fee circulars and the registration date. The cutoff for civil was 13000 rank for general.
