Life At Amrita.

For the present batch the curriculum is good removing the unrelated topics like chemistry and the topics like manufacturing lab which are replacced by python programming etc . by studying this we may be ready for the campus placements but for the real competitive world we need to put on some efforts. The main thing all students lacks is a plan because the syllabus for test will not be discuissed with the students we need to find from the teachings of the class.

Still we had not been through placements but there are good placements only for the people who are well skilled there is a special coarse for interships and for the job interveiw but we need to do a lot of work from our side.

the fee slab is according to your marks scored in the exam or though your mains or neet exam they will consider any of that by the option which you select. so the average fee for each slab is 100000 ruppes for 1st slab 200000 300000 for 2 3 slabs and non scholar ship is approimately 5 lacks including hostel at current situation.

2 main fests will be held in amrita 1 in the month of odd semisters the gokulastami and for even sems its the anotka tech fest where there will be a little fun but the one who chooses more enoyment in btech shouldnt choose amrita because its not that good for enjoyment.

Food is above averge. Note: only vegeterian food. the hostel is pretty decent but the wifi lacks strength often so depends on the room which you take and the other facilities are also nice. the hot water facility is worse which has 3 days problem in a week.

So, basically I came to know anout this college from my 11 and 12 standard friends we we all applied this through amrita official website which is the only way to apply for the entrance test or to join college so fater applying to the test we will be getting the date from the related authorities regarding the test. My percentile was ~ 95 for which i got ECE 4th slab but the problem with this college is to much preference for the local state students one with 80 percentile get better slab that a other state guy with 95 anf also the way they publish results or the way the communication till the joining of college will be nil. So, we need to be checking the results every day. The exam will be a tricky test where the questions are easy to attempt but you need to have a idea on wide toics for test. Also the time duration for the test is very less we need to be prepared well along with which we also need to carry our halltick to exam hall without fail.
