VIT a place to learn a chance to grow

VIT is excellent in providing assistance in whichever field you are interested in.

VIT University is one of the top ranked colleges in India and has an area of 360 acres and there are many extra co-curricular activities on the campus that includes many clubs and chapters. Aspirants from all over India and also some from the different nation's come here to full fill their dreams.

We follow an FFCS (fully flexible credit system) which means you can choose the faculty you want the timings of the classes you want in short you can set your timetable according to your wish and a minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to maintain.

No VIT does not provide internship we have a course name industrial internship in our curriculum but in that case, you need to find an internship for yourself

Placement for branches like CSE and IT are very good they get an average package of 7-8 lakhs whereas for branches like EEE and ECE the average package is about 5-6 lakhs and placements for civil and mechanical are worst there are very rare chances of getting into core company if you are from either of the branches.

There are many events celebrated in our college but two fests Riviera and Gravitas are very famous Riviera is a cultural fest and is a 4-day event in which various celebrities come and perform it happens in the month of February and another fest is Gravitas which is a tech fest.

It is a private college so the fees are more but as compared to other private colleges it's fees is very much feasible definitely the fees is quite more than government colleges but the education here is worth as much they charge and also you get many various opportunities in this college

They provide some reduction in fees to the top rank holders in their entrance exam VITEEE which is more properly mentioned on the official page of the college.

Campus life depends on how much you enjoy it and take advantage of it. In VIT there is a lot of exposure students from all over India study here. The gender ratio is less with girls on the lower side. There are clubs and chapters of almost everything like acting, dancing music, space study, etc.

The hostel is quite clean workers are there all the time to clean the room. The bathrooms are cleaned daily. There are various types of messes like special, north veg, south mess, etc and every mess has its own specialty but all in all the food is good.

I know some of the alumni students and yes they are helpful if you ask them questions they will provide the proper information.

For us, the exams are with pen and paper but the freshers have a completely new concept they have digital exams basically there are three exams CAT 1 CAT 2 and the term ends the initial two exams are like the mid-sem exams in which CAT 2 is an open book exam. These are only for the theory courses

Basically, admission is VIT is through the VIT entrance exam called VITEEE and you must have a minimum of 60% in your 10th and 12th for getting the circuit branches you must get a good rank preferably below 10000 other branches like civil, mechanical or biotechnology you can have ranked up to 25000 also.

The faculty in the college is not the best but they are good they are available for you when you need and most assignment submissions and exams happen digitally so you don't need the faculty usually for that almost all faculties have good knowledge about there subject and overall it's a good learning experience.
