Entrance Preview
I opted for this particular college because it is one of the best colleges in Rajasthan for B.Tech in Computer Science. I have searched a lot on the internet and finally, Arya College of Engineering and IT was my decision. It's education quality, infrastructure, facilities, placement, etc. everything is good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is easy and good. Whoever had decided it, it's perfect. It is revised again last year as well. Now, it's more perfect. We have such a curriculum that enhances us and hence the value of RTU degree is very high in the market in today's date.
Internships Opportunities
My college doesn't provide an internship but they train us to get it through the internship portal on our own. I've done some 10-12 internship till now in my four years and got the handsome stipend as well.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are good for CS and IT branch and bad for other branches. For CS and IT, good no. of companies come and it's always 100% placement, whereas for other branches it's not. We can conclude that this college is good for CS and IT people.
College Events
There are several events held in our college every year. I will list and discuss events held in the current year. TCS Code Vita, Graduation day, Workshop by Red Hat Academy, International Yoga Day, Arya Ratan, Top Guns, Street Karting Cup, Media Hackathon, Shradhanjali, etc. I can't explain them all as it will be too long. You can check the details on our college website.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very feasible. We've 35000 per semester fee and 66000 to 74000 Hostel fees per year which one can give in two installments as well. Other than this, there are some extra fees like examination fees, registration fees which is not much expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid
In my college, there is a scholarship available but the loan is not available. I don't know the exact criteria of scholarship. It is given to many.
Campus Life
Campus life is good at my college. The gender ratio is like, boys are more in no. and girls are less. Computer labs are good, other labs are ok. Extracurricular, sports, competitions, etc. are too much as I mentioned before. We have events for the whole year. They all are good enough.
Hostel Facilities
On the scale of 10, I'll rate hostel to 7 and mess food to 6. Hostel facilities are good and mess food is average. Overall it's good one can survive easily. The food can be much better. Hostel facilities are ok. It's worth according to the fees taken.
Alumni/Alumna
My college's alumni network and senior students are very strong and good. Some are entrepreneurs, some are working in companies like Google. Some have packages in lakhs some have in crores. All are helpful to us and college.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is easy and good. We've 5 units in each subject. One can study it in one night. Also, some of the subjects are very interesting and good which help in real life too. Exam starts from 10:30 am so we've enough time to revise in the morning as well.
Admission
I got admission in this institute by the REAP. REAP is not an exam, it is just a process which accepts one of two marks, 12th or IIT Jee. It's your choice which marks you fill in REAP. I gave my IIT Jee marks cause I thought it is better than my 12th marks. Then, after the counseling process, I got this college. Even if you've passed 12th and not given IIT Jee then too you can fill this form. It gives you chance to take admission in almost all the college of Rajasthan.
Faculty
We have highly educated faculty members who provide us with true mentoring. They treat us very well and enlightens our path. They work hard for us and it shows in our personality. They don't care about time, they care about us and our future. They give there best to us.
