Course Curriculum Overview

This subject focuses mainly on the core of the computer both in terms of hardware and software. The curriculum prepares you for real-world applications. There are two mid sems exams and a main semester exam for each semester.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Several companies offer internships. The selection process for internship follows certains criteria. The student will first have to have a CGPA above 8.5, the next round is a coding contest and the followed by a virtual interview.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The companies that visit includes DESHAW, Zoho, and others. The highest package offered is 36 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is 100.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are two categories, Aided and Self support. Aided category charges less fees when compared to the self support. One can apply for scholarship through the institution for financial assistance. Scholarship such as post metric scholarship, alumni scholarship can be availed

Campus Life

The campus experience is great. There are four clubs such as NSS, YRC, RSP, sports club and other clubs like music club, Dramatix, and many more clubs. The classrooms are provided with projectors. There's a separate Library portal for the accessibility of books and journals

Admission

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

We have plenty of placement opportunities starting from 6th semester. The noteable companies that visit the campus are Cognizant, Accenture, HCL, etc. IT company placements are better. The average package is 4.25 LPA.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Last year Closing rank cut off in TNEA was around 1300 for B E CSE Also this is the 2nd rank S tier College. Thriving at CIT

Students are generally admitted in colleges of Tamil Nadu through TNEA counselling. Coimbatore Institute of Technology is among top 10 colleges of Tamil Nadu.
