Gym in our college is advanced and have good equipment
Library in our college is so good and have a lot of books and maintenance is excellent
Sac ground is very good and maintained very well.

Mess is not good as expected this to be improved
Electricity issues in the college is regular which is.showing a great influence

Course Curriculum Overview

The cource curriculum is good enough but not as expected the faculty is not bad but some of the professors are very good and teaching techniques should be changed some professors are not serious about the curriculum

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for one semester is around 62500 and the hostel fees is around 32700. Students who are having there income certificate below 5 lakhs can apply for fee remission in our college and also they can apply for various scholarships

The college environment is good there are different clubs present in our college in which I am also a part of one of the clubs those clubs will help us to improve our technical knowledge and also skills

The hostel rooms are as expected but can be adjusted, the ventilation is good, washrooms are not cleaned regularly , mess is just satisfactory but hostel management is good and regarding any festivals or any event the hostel management is full supportive , security is also good

After getting seat in josaa counciling we came to college and submitted the required documents and verification of the documents done successfully and they allocated a room to me in a hostel and given my identification number

There is no major problem in the curriculum regarding to the course. The curriculum covers almost all major real-world applications. But, the there is so much detailed and compulsive study on techniques that are not even used in today's time.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Placements start to comence from 7th sem.It is the eligibility criteria for all students. Companies like Sopan Industries etc have visited the campus for placement purpose. Highest package was of around 4.9lpa and average is around 3.4lpa Most students who got placements were those with an average CGPA of 8.6

Honestly, i had applied so many NITs but due to my average score in JEE MAINS , i was getting only SVNIT and some Northen east NITs I did not choose other NITs as they are very far apart from my home state. SVNIT -The best for Transportation engineering

I chose SVNIT just because this is one of the best college for transportation engineering. Surat is the best city for seeing the development which is being carried out and a great infrastructure is also available. Great college for exploring and learning.

I had a very good jee mains rank and was getting in every nit and iiits admission in some branches but still i choose this because i had interest in coding and ai.
