- There is less number of Hackathons in campus
- Events are good but can be improved further.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very relevant and teachers/professors are very apt in their respective field. I find it very easy to understand. There are 4 labs in each semester which makes it even more easier to understand what we study by books and internet. Support system is great.
Internships Opportunities
Many professors and departments at MNIT conduct research projects. You can directly approach professors whose research aligns with your interests to inquire about internship possibilities. Some departments, like Electrical Engineering, occasionally offer specific summer internship programs. Keep an eye out for announcements on the departmental websites or notice boards.
Placement Experience
Life at MNIT Jaipur is incredible. The campus, sprawling over 300 acres, is a vibrant hub of activity. My favorite aspect, though, is the strong sense of community you feel everywhere. This extends to the exceptional placement record MNIT boasts. Every year, nearly 200 companies visit our campus for placements, offering a wide range of opportunities in core engineering fields, IT, consulting, and even finance.
Fees and Financial Aid
Each year, there are two semesters. For a semester, Tuition fee is 60,000. Hostel fee is 32,000. Other charges are applied according to odd/even semester. There is the system of fee remission for students whose parents income is below 1 lac/year or 1-5 lac/yr.
Campus Life
Campus life is very engaging and happening. Every student is very competitive in a positive manner and we involve in lot of club activities. There are two types of club - Technical and Cultural. social groups are engaging.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is very apt and we have quite good facility over mess (food facilities). My hostel was selected as the best Mess Food award by our Dean. Meal quality is very good. College is very near the main town hence rentals can be found very easily.
Admission
I was selected through JEE Mains. MNIT (Malaviya National Institute of technology) is a national level college which selects students with marks above 97%ile in JEE. I didn't avail any reservations. JEE Mains is conducted yearly twice by NTA. It is conducted throughout the country.
