Entrance Preview
Because it is one of the best colleges in Gujarat. It has all branches of engineering and the main thing that it is located central of the state. The college has the highest company placement and it is enough for choose this particular college. I love my college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course of any engineering degree must be 8 semester or 4 years. In my college, there are 16-17 branches of engineering. I had chosen the computer engineering. All semester has 8 semesters. Each semester has 1 university exam and 1 mid semester exam.
Internships Opportunities
No our college does not provide the internship. But if you want to go for internship then our college gives you permission letter and full support.
Placement Experience
The placement and the job opportunities are 100% sure. There are minimum 110 companies are visited every year for the placement process. If you have a skill and potential your job is confirm in college placement. All the national and international companies are visited for placement.
College Events
There are many events and functions are celebrated in my college. In a month there will be 2-3 function celebrated. All the functions are arranged by the students. In function, all types of games, musical, drawing, engineering related, social services, etc... Are arranged.
Fee Structure And Facilities
L.D COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING is a government engineering college so the fees of this college is very less. It is around 1500 rupees per semester. If you are hosteller then the hostel fees are 100 per month. No any extra paid for the college. All the facilities which are required for an engineering college is available.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scolarship to all government college student is given DIGITAL GUJARAT. you can fill the form on digital Gujarat and submit all the document in your college. You will get the scholarship in a year.
Campus Life
The college campus is around 5 km area covered. It is a very big campus. All the branch are separated from each other. All branch has its own lane and infrastructure. There is one canteen and 3 tea stoles in the campus. There is all around gardens and trees. The greenery is very large compared to any college. There is also roborica lab, game, debate room, hall and many more.
Hostel Facilities
There is a very big hostel, around 1500-2000 students are stay there. The hostel fees are 100 per month, for the breakfast lunch and dinner there will be mess. There are total 4 mess and 1 college canteen. All are available for 7 am to 11 pm. All are good in manner of food and arrangement.
Alumni/Alumna
Our college has an alumini network. It is known by LDCE ALUMINI NETWORK . All the students are part of that network. You can connect your seniors and ask them about advice and campus placement. They also alert you about the jobs and opportunities.
Exam Structure
Exam is taken by the GUJARAT TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY. In engineering, there is semester system. There are 8 semesters. Each semester has one university exam at the end of the semester. Each subjects marks are 100. 70 marks are counted as a written exam and 30 are internal and external viva.
Admission
It is very simple process. First you have to fill the form of engineering admision and select the L.D COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING , AHMEDABAD. Then there will be three round of result. Based on your 12 marks , if you are eligible for admission you are selected and the name of your are in merit list. If you are not then wait for second and third round.
Faculty
The faculty of my college is very excellent and very helpful. We connected them with the help of social media like WhatsApp or telegram and also in lectures. After the lecture, you can meet them at any college time. They give you the solution of your problems and also gives advice. You can touch with them after college by the contact number also.
