Likes
- The clubs in these college are quite good.
- You can go outside of the college between 6 am to 10 am and no one will ask you.
- Some faculty are quite friendly. The will help a lot during placement and projects.
Dislikes
- Ece and EEE faculty are very strict and some physics faculty won't even pass exam easily
- I have completed 2 years here they didn't change the hostel. They said they provide single rooms after 1st year but they aren't provided yet
- Labs are very old in these college and in 1st year some labs equipments won't work but after 1st year every lab equipment will work
Course Curriculum Overview
We will have 2 quizzes for a semester and each quiz carries 10 marks and one mid sem which carries 25 marks and end sem which carries 50 marks and 5 marks given for assignment. And the placement in this college are good so I have choosen this college.
Internships Opportunities
We can do project with professor and they also provide a good stipend. SAIL ,GAIL, ONGC,OLA provide internship. We should apply internship seperatly and with the help of seniors or faculty we can get internship they aren't many companies who come to college and offer internship with stifend
Placement Experience
4th year students are eligible for campus placements. So many companies are visit during placement like Amazon, tata steel ,Flipkart, maruti, Tcs etc.. The highest package goes around 50 lakh for cse students, average goes around 15 lakh and for mechanical highest package goes around 16 lakh and average around 8lakh. Around 80 percent student are placed during campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
For 4 years the tution fee is around 15 lakhs and hostel fee is include in that 15 lakhs but mess fee is not include .Transportation charges also include. For reservation students scholarships will be there and also merit scholarship is provided for students who got CGPA above 8.5
Campus Life
In a year three fest will be there one is college fest which name is BITOSTAV and a technical fest which name is Pantheon and a cultural fest which name is Dipotsav and all the books are available in library. But main con is in library for SC and ST people we can take book for 3 months where as other category students can take book upto 15 days and there is seperate book section for SC and ST students and other category students books are arent available all time.
Hostel Facilities
A two sharing room is provided and if you ask 4 sharing room during admission process they will provide 4 sharing room also. The mess quality is above average but you don't have many options in many. Hostel will be provided during the admission only.
Admission
Eligibilty 12th pass. You will find fees in college website and you have to apply through josaa counseling and in jee mains you should got a rank of 55000 nearly. The college provide reservation benefits for state and also pws and ews
