Likes

In my college we have four canteens and the foods provided there will be very nice and hygienic
And also the staff and faculty members are friendly and very kind in teaching
As autonomous regulation syallbus are very easy and more interesting lab are provided

Dislikes

In my canteens the food quality was not good leads to some improvement
As 60 days for one academic year it leads to less days to learn
Sometime more lab classes are skipped for technical reasona

Course Curriculum Overview

In my college they offered the basic courses like mechanical civil and electrical and also the new courses like fashion technology artificial intelligence and mechatronics and we follow the autonomous regulations in our college

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In my college the centac fee in about 60000 to 75000 but in management 90000 to above 1 lakhs by course basis and also about the placements there are provided for 85 percentage of students every year and company like it based and core based

Campus Life

In my college the atmosphere will be very good and excellent in infrastructure and also the nss camps are arranged twice in a week and many the club activities are in thecnical sides will in Saturday and all type of mechinery and electrical equipment's are available in our college

Admission

I my college there will be basic JEE marks will be required if JEE is not attended so we have to write the college entrance exam , otherwise the admission will be given by the basis of 12th cut off marks

Students become eligible for placement from 3rd year 6th semester itself but the college does not bring any company for placement on time. 5 years back standard companies lkke tsc, hcl, cts etc used to come. But nowaday it is very rare. Lowest package is 2 lpa and highest package is 6 lpa. Average is 4 lpa. Very least students get placed. Try off campus. Do not believe the college

Placement Experience:

By 7th Semester, students are eligible for Campus Placements and there are several companies that have visited our college during a course of 2-3 months and there were many offers made, highest package was of 9.5 LPA and the average is of 5-6LPA Students are getting Placed very well, and i have place already so my plan is to get into the job and excell in the IT Sector

As I have aimed to get addmission in st Joseph's College of engineering in Chennai in councelling. But due to some circumstances I couldn't get seat in that college. Due to parents opinion i have joined in sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college. Comparison between st Joseph's and sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college is cannot be done because of cost of living will be different from Chennai. Experience at smvec.

I choosed this college over other colleges mainly for its placements. But the bad things was it's donation fees. Which was too high.
