I like our canteens that are provided by our college management
Our environment is too good to view and take photos
Staffs are very good and kind to the students.

No AC buses are provided in our college.
Somedays oru college canteen food will not be nice

Course Curriculum Overview

As our curriculum is autonomous institution.We get very useful thorough it. Many labs are there in our institution and also we get well and good knowledge through it. It is a very useful for us and for our future.

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college they where asked to pay 75000 for management and 65000 for Centac . They give scholarship for good merits scholar students. Government scholarship were provided for Sc category students.It is very useful for who in less income.

Campus Life

Every year oru college allows to conduct extracurricular activities likes cultural and other sports programs.It is very useful for students who had well performance in sports.Symposium were conducted according to the department management

Admission

I got admission by Centac.There are three ways to join our college Centac , management and jee. I got enough marks to join through Centac and so I like the aspects of the admission process. I also written jee exams and got 40 percentage in it.But even though Centac will reduce amount through government and so I joined through Centac in smvec

Students become eligible for placement from 3rd year 6th semester itself but the college does not bring any company for placement on time. 5 years back standard companies lkke tsc, hcl, cts etc used to come. But nowaday it is very rare. Lowest package is 2 lpa and highest package is 6 lpa. Average is 4 lpa. Very least students get placed. Try off campus. Do not believe the college

Know About Puducherry Technological University

Placement Experience:

By 7th Semester, students are eligible for Campus Placements and there are several companies that have visited our college during a course of 2-3 months and there were many offers made, highest package was of 9.5 LPA and the average is of 5-6LPA Students are getting Placed very well, and i have place already so my plan is to get into the job and excell in the IT Sector

As I have aimed to get addmission in st Joseph's College of engineering in Chennai in councelling. But due to some circumstances I couldn't get seat in that college. Due to parents opinion i have joined in sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college. Comparison between st Joseph's and sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college is cannot be done because of cost of living will be different from Chennai. Experience at smvec.

I choosed this college over other colleges mainly for its placements. But the bad things was it's donation fees. Which was too high.
