I was very happy, feeling knowledgeful & fruitful that I was Studied at DKTE Textile & Engineering Institute at Ichalkaranji. This collage provided me all facilities to study my textile Engg. It really stand one of the best exclusive textile Engg collage

At the time I was joined college for engineering there are no exams in year 2000, So I will brief the admission process in the collage, after choosing this collage from centralised process of allotments, I got processed easily admission in the DKTE collage which is a well established collage in India for Textiles & Engg. Regular form & fee submitting process for this collage to join.

I have chose Textile Plant Engg (TPE) which is a total 4 years Engg course, This course is mainly related with Textile machinery mechanicals & maintenance processes. The course designed by the collage is very good & detailed to absorb knowlge, all needed research & practical equipments are available & provided by the collage. Textile plants machinery is big & heavy industry still this DKTE collage Teach us with all possible practical on ground factory environment. So I was able have good knowlge regarding Textile Machinery. The faculty to teach this course is good, Professors & lecturers seems to have great practical knowledge & wise ability to deliver it to students.

As I was Related with Textile Plant Engg, So All companies Related with textile Machinery & processes are available for us. Companies like Lakshmi Riter,Arvind mills, Welspun Gujrat, Welspun India, Vardhaman, Reliance etc are few names. We got 2000 stipend for internships .

The DKTE collage was one of the few exclusive cllages which delivers textile engineers, So every year Textile & Related Companies Came to hire Textile engineers, At my pass out time total 8 companies came Mainly from Weaving, Spinning, knitting & Manufacturing sectors. Arvind mill company offered 3 Lakh Package, Laxmi Reiter Offered 5 Lakh package, Vardhaman Knitting gave 2 Lakh package, Welspun India given 3.5 Lakh package, Welspun Gujrat gave 3 Lakh package. All these Companies & their placements packages are good.

The DKTE collage is mainly Related with Textile & Engg ,So it holds mainly technical & cultural festivals, Every two months there are different seminars associated with textile, IT, Mechanical, Electronic Departments, The Cultural festivals like Ganpati & Diwali are truly enjoyable. Main big attraction festival for students is Every year collage Gathering Festival which is for 7 days long.

This collage has few scholarship associated with different type of sect kept & Announced. As per as loan is concern, collage it self not provides any loans or such type of student lendings, but collage allows all type for third party loan processes for which collage approval & processes required. Mainly loans from government banks & other approved banks are elegible & recognised by collage, if any student want can approach to government banks, check their loan facilities & contact collage for their helpful procedures.

In our DKTE collage I found gender ration of buys & girls is same as 50% -50%, this collage is open & free to explore. There are no such bars as race, genders,religion. I found all ppl with different races religion, financial class from all part of our country came & studying in the collage.

At my time the hostel stay facility was good with proper rooms, rent was 1500 per month, total rooms available are 150. The hostel rooms are wide, in each room 2 students can share. Proper window opening & air light available in rooms. Different type of a

I will rate 4 out of 5 for alumni network, The senior student are good & helpful, I not observed any dispute or raging type incidents in collage. Senior have always provided required notes, practical guidance, Also participated with us in cultural gathering activities.
