Course Curriculum Overview
I choose according to the rank of the college. It felt worthy to accomplish my dreams. Since I'm in 1st year it have been a great experience, they provide other extra knowledgeable events too. In future if the college give more important towards practical knowledge then it would be great. Exams are in moderate level so paying attention in class will be enough.
Internships Opportunities
Since I'm in 1st year I am yet to clarify but what I have heard from my seniors is many companies come to visit but sometimes students lack those abilities to get those placement. IT companies as well as mech related companies do visit this college. So to get into them it's all on you.
Placement Experience
I think it's from 5th sem students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies like google, Microsoft come to visit no wonder you have to maintain am excellent score in academics. Average package is 10Lakhs and highest package is around 45Lakhs. 80% student get campus placement. I would like to pursue further studies in masters.
Fees and Financial Aid
My fees was around 2.7 lakhs. But if you are from karnataka this is your jackpot because with scholarships you might end up studying for free. Complete fees for people outside from karnataka will be 2.7lakhs as a tuition fee and 5.5k for semester exam fee per year. Loan is also available so no need to worry. I'm still in 1st year so, so far I have a rough idea but there is placement so no need to worry.
Campus Life
Fest will held in between the 1st sem to 3rd sem. Every book is available so no extra books needed to buy. Every class is has projectors and fans but no AC. For sports there's a cricket ground, a basketball court a, lawn Tennis court and volleyball court. There are many other activities including drama, singing, news writing, tech related clubs for aeronautical and cars.
Admission
To get into the course was quite easy. Just try to contact dsce official admission office. Online process is available. If you are interested get the necessary documents and fill the application online in the official website. Reservation is available only for karnataka students and they can study on a very cheap price which I personally think is very great for them. Internal exams are moderate level. Be cooperative with the faculties. In admission I didn't face any problem, so in my perspective admission officials are very good.
