Entrance Preview
The Rank that I got in the IPU CET and the course preferred by me with the branch prefences matched the criteria to get admission into this college. Also the Faculty of this college are well qualified and very helpful. In every semester extracurricular activities are also organised in this college in the form of Technical fest.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are different courses provided by the college like B.Teh, MCA and MBA. There are different branches in B.Tech ie. Computer Science, Electrical And Electronics, Electronics and Communication,and Mechanical and Automation. The Duration of the B.Tech Course is 4 years.
Internships Opportunities
No, the college does not provide any internship opportunities. A student can do a 45 day internship after third year.
Placement Experience
The placements in the college are not in a large number. The jobs which are offered here may/may not be of one's particular fields but a student can still participate in the placement process. The Students who are interested in the placement drives goes through a written test and few rounds of interviews.
College Events
The events organised in the college includes Techfest, Collegefest, National Conferences, Sports Day and many more. The Technical fest is organised in each semester for the students at their branch level as well as the college level. In the college fest there are different competitions in which students from other colleges can participate as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite expensive but other engineering colleges have very expensive fee structure as compared to this college. The year I took admission in this college the fee for the B.Tech course was around 90,000 for 1 year and now a days it is around 95,000.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no good scholarship or any loan facility offered by the college. But the university with which the college is affiliated do provide the scholarships to those who need it.
Campus Life
The Campus life is quite interesting. All the Students are treated equally irrespective of their caste, gender etc. There are more number of boys in ths college as compared to the girls studying there. The girls and boys are given equal chance to Participate in each ompeti
Hostel Facilities
There are no hostel facilities provided by the college for the students. The students have no other option than staying in PG and they have to commute through buses for college. The College has a canteen for the students as well as the faculty members of the college.
Alumni/Alumna
When I took admission in the college, the seniors were very helpful and very friendly. And when I was in a senior year, we as a senior also shared great bonds with our juniors.
Exam Structure
When I took admission in this college the for each semester we have to take 2 internals and during the end of the semester end term practicals and end term theory exams are conducted by the university for final semester exams. But now the exam structure of the internals has been changed.
Admission
I got admission in this college by IPU CET. After taking the IPU CET exam, I got admission in this college. The Rank that I got in IPU CET and the course with Branch preferences matched the criteria of admission in this college. During the admission a student has to submit his/her required document's photocopies to the college.
Faculty
The faculty of this college are well qualified in their respective areas. Teachers are very helpful and plan the lectures schedules in such a manner that they complete the course before few weeks of the semester exams. The faculty members also listen to the new ideas for projects by the students with a great interest and they help as well as motivate them to work on that project.
