Best period of my life spent in MNIT Jaipur

I have the Electrical Engineering course in MNIT jaipur. This course includes various aspects including theoretical foundations in mathematics and physics , hands-on laboratory experiences and practical applications in fields like power systems , electronics and telecommunications. We will get to learn about cutting-edge technologies such as renewable energy systems , signal processing and control systems.This program emphasizes problem-solving skills , critical thinking , and th ability to innovate in an ever-evolving field , preparing graduates for diverse career paths in industries ranging from energy and telecommunications to electronics and automation. There are total eight semesters throughout the program . One semester is of 6 months. There are two examinations held per semester - mid exam and end exam. Mid exam consists of 30 marks and end exam consists of 50 marks and rest 20 marks are assigned on the basis of assignments , attendance , class performance and quizes held.

So many companies like Texas Insruments offering roles of analog and digital instrument engineer providing stipend upto 60000/- per month based on the skills of the student. Other companies like JP Morgan offering roles of software engineer , analysts, and others providing a stipend upto 75000/-. Basically the internship period is of 2 months in summers. To avail the internship , we have to pass some criteria like cgpa and tests mentioned by the specific company. Sometimes there will be interview also to be cleared for internship that depends on the company we are choosing.

From the 7th semester , students are eligible for the campus placements. There are so many companies which offers placement oppurtunities to college students like Texas, JP Morgan, Siemens , Amazon, Deloitte , Adobe etc. They have offered total 689 offers for UG . The highest package was 64LPA for UG and 30 LPA for PG . The average package was of 12.43 LPA for UG and 9.37 LPA for PG. The total placement rate was 87.90%. I will opt for the campus placements after my degree program.

There is no such thing like increase in tuition fee policy , it is fixed for the complete program. The complete cost of this course Rs.6,41000/- including tuition fee, hostel fee and all other charges. There are a number of scholarships provided to the students by the college . Some of them are Swami Sivananda Scholarship , Alumni Scholarship Program , etc. The details of all the scholarships are given on the college website. The overall campus placement rate of our college is 81.51% for UG and 66.10% for PG courses as per the recent statistics.

There are two big festivals organised by the college students . One is cultural fest known as Blitzschlag and second one is the technical fest named as Sphinx. The cultural fest is basically held in the month of February and technical fest in November. Besides this small events are also organised by different clubs time-to-time. All the books related to the courses studied are provided by the college library including books of different authors on the same topic. The classrooms are very well furnished including ACs , fans and lights ,and also provided with projectors and greenboard. The campus offers ground and coach for every sport . The students are given to play in other colleges too to represent our college. There are so many clubs in campus including cultural and technical both. Cultural clubs like music club, dance club, poetry club, think india club , nss club,etc.Techinal clubs like Zine and Robotics club, Infosec club , Computer science club etc.

In the first year , double and triple rooms are provided, In second year , two persons in each room and in the 3rd and 4th year, separate rooms are provided to each student. In each room , there is one bed , one table ,one chair and one almirah for each student according to number of students in each room. There is fan, LAN or WiFi internet connection 24/7 , window for ventilation , proper lights and clean rooms. The meal provided in the mess is also good. Different food is served everyday and special dinner once in the month. Food is given 4 time i.e. breakfast ,lunch ,snacks and dinner. There is no such difficult process for hostel registration. When you come to the college , the senior students and teachers help so much and guide throughout the registration process.

I took the Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) 2022 to be eligible for college admission. There are some eligibility criteria on the basis of marks gotten in the examination and then there will be a counselling process for admission in different NITs all over India through the website named Josaa. In that process, you can fill the courses of your choice if you are interested in the college you want. Then after the process, you will be allotted the college based on the obtained marks and rank and according to the cutoff of colleges.
