Likes
- The first time when I visited the campus I was amazed by its infrastructure it has a good size playground along with a full size basketball court. Faculties are well in their respective subjects and are very student friendly.
- Classrooms and toilets are regularly cleaned.
- Basic amenities like drinking water machines are being installed which gives chilled water throughout the day.
Dislikes
- As such there is no such big issues but since few months the lift is not working that's all.
- Could have provided AC in most of the classrooms.
- Overall it's fine I believe with time it will get better and in future might be one of the finest college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Looking into the time there will be a good amount of demand of Electrical engineers and also interest in this particular field let me choose this Curriculum that is Btech in EE. I believe this Curriculum will definitely help me to shine in my professional career. Overall the teaching methods are fine. Class assessments are being taken in consecutive months keeping the difficulty level to a bit higher side.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester onwards traning are being started for the placement. The placement cell of Techno International New town is very active and is effective in providing placement to hundreds of students every year with a placement record of 90 percentage. From the 7th and 8th semester students start getting to sit in the placement rounds and get a chance to hold a significant Position in the leading companies like Accenture, Capgemini, cognizant and many more
Fees and Financial Aid
My total fees for BTech in EE for 4yrs will take around 5.2lac. Other than this exam fees are being taken by the university for taking semester exams. Scholarships are available any student can apply by clearing the eligibility criteria.
Campus Life
Being in this college Techno International New town I have attended many fun and active events along with a thrilling annual fest which was held last year and was a great success. Our college has different clubs starting from poetry club to drama,sports , photography and many more which gives students an exposure to other curriculum activities to focus and master new skills to establish yourself not only into academics but also in other fields.
Admission
I got into this college through my wbjee rank. Fir below cast maybe there are some reservations which I am not aware of being a general cast. Overall the admission process is fine and working good. The administrative department were very polite and professional at their job and also guided me to took the right curriculum for me to pursue the next four years. And I believe I have made a right decision in choosing the curriculum with their guidance and mentorship.
Faculty
All faculty members are PhD holders and good at their respective departments. The way of teaching is very good even projectors and animated videos are shown for providing better learning experience. Faculty to student ratio is also fine. In each lab 2 assistant professors are always available accompanied with senior professors for giving us the knowledge. Teachers are available most of the time. For any doubt you can meet your mentor or HOD and they will surely assist you.
