B tech mainly gives you the tech knowledge about new technology as you all know we are being developer India is growing at a faster rate in these era we have to be updated like wise demand of today's world.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is so high of this college all about scholarship I can say that only west Bengal student gets the quota for other state students there is no mercy which I really don't like total fees of college is 625000, which is too costly.

Campus Life

Campus is too short to explore but you will get good people here they can be your good friends you know there is nice canteen but nothing special outside our college to go where you can have fun and can enjoy your college life.

Admission

For admission here you have to give wbjee exam so that you will be eligible for counseling and all other criteria you will meet after giving the entrance exam or you can go through jee mains if you have good score you have high chance of getting better college.

Faculty

Faculty are too supportive to help they are always for your sake the thing is you have to be active for the surrounding happening around you whatever field you are in you cabmn get good experience in this college

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
