Course Curriculum Overview

My decision for choosing the btech in cse is that there are many scopes in this course international as well as national. more labs in this course instead of theory. Level of exams are quite difficult .

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

From third year students are eligible for placements interview. De shaw, Microsoft etc companies visited here And in cse almost 66 out of 120 students placed everywhere. Highest package is 64 lakhs and lowest is 10 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is already very high tution fee as compared to government college . The complete cost of my education is approx 10 lakhs without any scholarship which is not affordable for everyone. There are on campus interviews for internships as well as placements.

Blitzschlag is one of the greatest annual fest and sphinx is the one of the greatest technical fest which happens in mnit Jaipur. There are many fests which happen in mnit that is for example are MST .

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are very poor Meal quality which is provided in mess is also very poor and utensils are very unhygienic. Hostel is affordable per year it's fees is 64 thousand There is a registeration for students who are applying for a hostel

Admission

Eligibility of this course is that you have to score good in IIT JEE Mains and being an general category student you have to achieve a very good score. So I didn't like the reservation in it because 50k rank student from st category can take a seat which can't be equal to 5k achiever student.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent. I feel lucky to be here because the experience and opportunities are better than what I expected from others....Read More
