Course Curriculum is up to date and covers all the important subjects like Engineering Thermodynamics. Structure of Materials. Principles of Extractive Metallurgy. Phase Transformations. THere are 2 semsters per year and exams are based on the semesters. Faculty is good and supportive. Exams difficulty is moderate.

There are so many opportunities present in vnit like our club name *Think India * provide internship in DRDO and ISRO . Second we have a fair chance to get internship in materials science form germany so many company offered scholarship to do that work We have asenior which recently goes into shark tank india for drone company so our college in doing good in internship roles .Once you completed your 4th semester you can apply for different internship for companies like l&t , vedanta ,tcs and some coal companies

After completing 6th semester you can apply for placement .There are many rounds of placement Almost every company come to vnit like wipro ,vedanta,l&t ,goldman sechs ,adobe , ongc,bhel, tcs and many more conpanies Highest package - 64 lpa Average package -11.04 lpa Percentage of students getting placement in 2024 - 65 percent I am aiming for CAT examination

There are so many clubs in vnit including social , technology ,dance , music ,debate , art ,writing etc Most popular event of vnit is advaitam ; Its basically includes 100 events itself Technical event - Axis Social and entertainment event - Arohi Patriotic event - Think india And many more events celebrate in vnit There are so many facilities for sports we have almost every sports that you wanted and quality of players is also good , students are very determined to sports activities So many labs are here like technology related Vnit provide lab facilities to IIIT nagpur we have very advanced labs We have a building called CRC where our class happens fully Ac and projectors are installed there in each class and mic and speakers are very good so comfortable classrooms

Rooms are very spacious here in hostel with 2 almiras for one person in double room 1 table 1 chair and 1 bed included We have two types of rooms single and doublerooms We are provided 4 times food in mess included breakfast , lunch ,snacks and dinner Overall quality of food mess is around 3.9/5.0 Fee for double room isRs 40000 Fee for single room is Rs 42000 From 3 rd year you will get only single room options Registration process for enrolling in hostel is very easy , there is procedure in vnit website you can easily search and proceed further

Admission process is very sequential here it starts with IIT JEE ALL INDIA EXAMINATION MAINS . If you qualify jee mains and get percentile according to cutoff respective reservation you will be able to take admission in Vnit.Reservation varies of all types like female quota,category quota,homestate quota.It is very smooth procedure of taking admission in vnit.
