- The college provides various opportunities not just by saying but by providing monetary aid too.
Course Curriculum Overview
BCA may not be considered a professional course but we were taught professionally as to how our studies will be used in the real world. Exams just like every other college were held twice in a year and because COVID-19 came in the dates were interchanged. Otherwise, the exams were conducted smoothly and a strict vigilance team was always around.
Placement Experience
It may sound bizarre but even though we were hit by COVID-19 newly 80% of the students were placed from our class. Most of the jobs offered were from Delhi NCR units in companies like Hero Moto Corp, Dell, Bain Capitals, and Axis Bank among various others. The average placement was around 4LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees were affordable and those coming from lower castes or under any quota were given financial assistance. Scholarships upto 50% were easily available and the best part was toppers in each semester were given some fee waivers as a reward for their hard work.
Campus Life
Annual fest Utopia sadly we could enjoy only in 2022 as we were hit by Covid. However, amends were made as celebrities were invited and jam sessions were arranged for the students. There were enough sporting facilities available such as Basketball, Tennis, Football, and others. There are many societies in the college from dance to singing and debate to elocution.
Admission
The admission process was easy as the 12th pass with computers was the only criterion. Nearly 70% of the seats were available for the general quota so it wasn't like people from the general category would find it difficult. Secondly few seats remained empty during my batch so whoever applied for admissions actually ended up getting admissions.
Faculty
Faculty was great as most of them were engineers and had a great corporate experience too. They were easy to approach as most professors of our course were in mid 30s and had enough teaching and working experience to guide us properly. Faculty to student ratio was 1:6 probably and I feel it was a great ratio.
