Course Curriculum Overview
Course is bit outdated although what can you expect from a core branch that too a government college.although department electives contain new tech tho they are offered only during 5th 6th and 7th semester.
Placement Experience
Placement is Mechanical departent are good conmparable to circuital branches,although not all branches are able to produce same number of placed students.,civil department being among the lowest placed, unplaced students tend to lean on government job preparation.
Fees and Financial Aid
tution fees of each semester is 66700.Which can be reclaimed if you are sc?st student or have income less than 1lpa, if you are from obc category and income is between 1-5 lpa you will get 70 percent remission.
Campus Life
Campus life is good overall cause of many cultural events throghout the semester , it feels like there are events every other weekend, infrastructure is very good , swiming pool was build recently. CLubs are not that greate.
Admission
Admission for Btsch is accepted only on your score of jee mains, VNIT ranks in 5th among all NITs so cutoff are bit higher side,for example is you are from obc category you will get admitted in mechanical department wil 97 percentile.
Faculty
Faculty in Mech Department is more than enough, One batch is devided into two sections for better learning opportunity. reseach background of faculty is very good tho teaching quality cannot be said to be same. teachers are always available via call or email.
