- The environment of the college is good. The teachers are very friendly and highly qualified. The teacher teaches the students logically, which will be useful for the students to gain knowledge.
- The college has a Wi-Fi zone in some areas of the campus, and the college does not have proper labs, but for the name of the game, there are a few labs in the college. The college also has a library. The hostel is quite good.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because i had interest in script writing and thats why i decided to pursue BAJMC from this college. This course has a wide scope as the writing industry always is at peak. Exams are taken after every semester and in between sessionals and practicals are taken.
Internships Opportunities
The placements earlier in JIMS was pretty good. Students become eligible form 6th semester for placements. Many companies visit for placement drive like veersa technology ,tcs etc. Many students got placed. Highest package is not disclosed but the average package goes around 7-8 lpa. It provides good placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is given considering your attendance and your overall score. There is fee concession scheme which is provided for low income students and pms scholarship for category students. You have to register for the hostel every year on the site and submit the documents. The quality of the food is average.
Campus Life
there are not so excited fests celebrated but there are some programs and functions organised. There is a huge library which contains many books almost every. Every class is provided classrooms and required teachers. Many sports oppurtunities are there , student can play any sport and every sport has its unique ground. Many groups like dance, singing, literature , etc are there.
Admission
One must score more than 65% to get admissions in this cousre. After this, your Personal Interview or PI is taken. Reservation criteria is not available. Exams are taken after every semester and in between sessionals and practicals are taken.
Faculty
The teachers here are highly experienced. There are always changes in the college curriculum and it updates its curriculum from time to time. Placement provided as per the capabilities of the students.
Interview Experience
Interview questions are asked based on the general knowledge. I took admission in this university by physical process and for that I applied online at its website and at the day of reporting I went to the university and according to my rank I got the top branch. Submitted my documents and paid the fees which was for first semester. All information is available on their site. The procoess is good and no improvement is required.
