- I like the fests and Culture of our college and Some Places like Heritage buliding and Ruby park and Grounds , library which is Asias top 2nd Technical library
- I like the College Environment and Friends and seniors I got herre ,who mentor and Tell the things what to do snd how to do
- The mess food is not worst as I'm South Indian I was expecting Food not good but here it is Better
Dislikes
- I didn't Like the Way of recruitment of Students in different clubs as They have talent they are unable to recruit in different clubs
- Method of Teaching is not good as I expected in IITs
Course Curriculum Overview
Presently we are in 1st year common semester which contains courses from every branch and including lab practicals help us to understand real-world applications and it is useful to Teach courses along with lab unlike theory in class and practicals in labs, we will have semester and End semester Exams in a semester. Exam level difficulty is Above average and Somewhat Tough and Is is relative grading so Grades depend upon the Topper of the batch and students
Internships Opportunities
As I'm in 1st year of college I don't have much knowledge about Internships from Our campus side but as much of I heard Placements will be offered to students in 3rd year and they get a good stipend, but students from our college apply off-campus interns and get it.
Placement Experience
Placements are Good as it is IIT college it is obvious to have better placements but from last year. There is a drop in the Placement percentage globally, But in Our College, we have two sessions of Placements, in 1st session Our College Achieved some 40%, and 2nd the session it remained
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah annually Reservation Students Have upto 1 lakh but whereas Non Reservation Students can Have upto 3-4 laks ,but after it all The Expenses and Pocket money depend upon individual For Job Roles I have Participated in annual sports fest Named Parakram as a volunteer
Campus Life
Yeah Overall is I can say Best according to my knowledge and Experience but in Club involvement I'm unable to Recruit in some clubs which I like to join and Academics are not well as I'm performing Not good in exams But in other areas it is OK
Hostel Facilities
Our Hostel named "Amber" is very old so it's rooms as small but in first year we have to accomodate with 2 People and Food quality is better and surroundings are good .food is Best but hygienic issues frequently raised severe times if it is Improved Everything will be ok
Admission
For My branch, The Opening rank for Mining Engineering in Schedule Cast Reservation is Jee advanced rank 800-1100 and The application process is by Jossa Round counseling, for this one has to clear Jee mains and the Jee advanced exams.
Faculty
A class contains 150 students and backlog students,so it is Somewhat difficult to manage Everyone in a class to Faculty memebers and No Interaction is Done properly with teachers, personally Im Unable to approach them due to many reasons Yeah they can Mentor but don't Spend much time on saying other things rather than syllabus
