Course Curriculum Overview

In my course, there are more than 6 subjects. In the first sem, there are anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pathology basic anesthesia, and Kannada. The sem was quite difficult, but the second semester was easy in comparing the 1st semester.

Internships Opportunities

The internship provided by yenepoya is great. They themself provide the hospital. The 1-year internship is provided by the college. The hospital is also very good. They are also affiliated with other hospitals and are very good.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Total amount was 5 lakh something.in the 1st sem, it is 160000, and there are a total of 8 semesters, last 2 semesters are internships, and they provide internships. Per sem is 60000. Students who have more than 90% will get 25% off in other fees.

Campus Life

Yenepoya has a great infrastructure in Mangalore. Excellent infrastructure all classes are digital. Provide new technology classes. But it will take same time to adjust to the environment. Overall it is a great place. The library is good.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is one of the best hostels that yenepoya provides. Students will feel at home. Provide great food such as a homely meal. For breakfast have tea and coffee Every Sunday will have biriyani. Ramadan food is also very good.

Hostel Fee: INR 94000 per year

Admission

Eligibility of the course is students should pass their exam in higher secondary education. After plus two the college will provide fee structure. The admission process is quite hectic. It is too lengthy. we have to provide certain documents in the admission process.

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
