KNMIET was a wise option!

The course was good and it gave us enough knowledge to know the application of it in the real world. From editing to crafting and coding, we were taught every single thing which is essential in our daily jobs. Exams were on time but sadly, our entire 2nd year got disturbed due to Covid.

The placements for IT and CS branch and BCA were similar. Not interested terms of packages but we got to sit for the same companies and mind you, Tech Mahindra keeps a close eye on KNMIET as many students from our college are working there and have done great for the company. Average placements were in the range of 3-4 lakhs and around 70% of the students were placed even though the Covid crisis were on.

Fees of 35000 is not much of we compare that with other colleges of Ghazibad or NCR. In that also, there were nearly 20-30 scholarships provided and the best part was there was a department dedicated to it and they themselves inched students to apply for those scholarships.

The entire campus is Wi-Fi, however a secured connection. The condition of the classrooms, medical facilities and sports were as close to the highest point. The campus was well maintained as sweepers were seen working round the clock. There are also hostels at the campus and even though I didn't stayed at the hostel but one can buy coupons and eat at the hostel mess.

Entrance for BCA is nowhere and therefore it was not there for KNMIET too. I applied online as most of the students from my batch but I would recommend doing it offline as through offline the admissions are confirmed then and there itself.

Student to faculty ratio was 2:10. Let me divide the faculties in two aspects that is theory and practical. Theroywise the faculties are excellent and in practicals, we weren't given much exposure. The director of the college is also very experienced and so were all our faculty members.
