Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The course is filled with all the good stuff, but somewhere it's still a bit lagging with the real world. That's one thing that really concerns me. I think more hands on work should be preferred for syllabus. The exams are well on time but the results lag a lot. Results should be displayed way earlier than they are right now.

Internships Opportunities

3

The internships offered are good but without stipend. To avail stipend it's all upto the student to find a company and try to get a internship. The internships offered are in a different far away city which can get a bit unaffordable to students.

Placement Experience

3.5

During the 6th semester people are eligible for campus placements. Currently I'm studying in 6th semester as well and I have been selected for a company's interview process. The company is Atlas Copco Gecia and is offering 6.5LPA + internship opportunity for us. The average package here is 4 LPA highest can be upto 7.5 LPA and lowest is 2LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for any course are around 1,10,000 ruppess a year, but by adding a income proof of under 8 lakhs you can apply for a scholarship that pays of 40% of your tuition fees. For caste students there are various other scholarships according to their casts. Students can also apply for scholarship that pays of their hostel fees as well.

Campus Life

4

Events are held throughout the year, a few of them are Meraki (April) Pioneer(April) Esummit (March) Abhigyaan (September). As there are many student run clubs in the college like WWW, ECELL, MAVERICKS, AMETURE WRITERS and more the events are being held almost every month.

Admission

The course eligibility is 10+2 or 10+diploma anything works. Application form will be available at college but first you have to be selected from the CAP round process of choosing colleges. Application fees are negligible and also refunded after the admission is confirmed. I think the process can be more smoothened out and made sure that students don't worry have a hectic day during admission process.

Faculty

3.5

On an average the faculty to student ratio is around 1:4 so it's pretty much good, doesn't really affect that much of our learning. All of are faculty are atleast triple graduate that too from reputed colleges. We are free to interact with our faculty members any time of the day and they are very approachable as well.
