Review of ACEM

The course curriculum is somewhat relevant to what the industry wants from students. Initially, I mean in 1st-year students all available branches subject a brief introduction to every stream. All the top trending technologies will be included in the syllabus. When it comes to the exam there will be 3 internals and final SEE( Semester End Exam) and respective lab exams. It comprises with sessional & semester examinations. We have 2 sessional examinations, of which 20% is added in the final examination and we have a one-semester exam conducted by the university.

Yes, the college provides the internship. Stipend provided during the internship is about 8000-10000. The overall experience is that it is beneficial for students as it provides industry knowledge as well as pocket money. Placement is a main and very important aspect of engineering colleges. Compare to other universities huge no. Companies visit our campus every year I can assure you the ratio is approximately 80% Sorry if I'm wrong and I have been placed in Good company Called AtoS Syntel. Even many internship opportunities we got but I didn't get, unfortunately.

Lots of events take place each and every day on our campus. The main attraction is Annual Fest called Revamp it's very famous in Bangalore. Intercollege, school, National level competition, Workshop on various skill development and technologies.Many international conferences being held on our campus every year. All national and regional festival also will be celebrated grandly.

Fees structure is 90k per year. There will be an increment in the fee every year but we will pay the same fee structure for complete 4years. During the Final semester exam also we need to pay the exam fee for 1.5k.

I have not opted for any kind of scholarship since I belong to a General category unfortunately But there are many scholarships from Govt most of my friends are availing it. I haven't taken any Educational loan But college will help u to avail the education loan with Best bank available.

The college is co-educational. The ratio of boys-girls is almost 60-40. The college has ample chances for extra-curricular events. Recently I participated in Vivriti, the cultural fest. We also had TechnoTrak, where we had lots of exciting events for techies such as Robot Wars, Hackathon, Online Gaming and more. Alumni meet is organized every year.

The college has a very strong alumni network. Alumni Meet Spandan is organized every year, where we get the chance to meet our seniors who are working in the industry and get the opportunity to learn from their experiences. Yes, it is helpful for new students.

I applied through the Online form on the college website. B. Tech was the obvious choice because I have been interested in computer science since a very young age. Since I had a high percentage in 12th standard, I got a scholarship from the college. I applied in July. I received confirmation after 5 days.

Most of the faculties are student friendly and have secured Doctorate (Ph.D.) in various field. The punctuality and regularity in taking a class and handling class are very good, control over the class, they try their best to make understand the concept clearly. The way the evaluate each student performance is appreciatable.
