Honest review of Pimpri Chinchwad University, maval

Since it's an autonomous University the syllabus is prepared by the management and according to the government rules and instructions. The subjects are chosen wisely, they provide real-time technical knowledge. In the first semester, there was a web development course, a fundamentals of computer, and a basic C course. Also, there is an effective communication course.

The internship opportunities provided by the college are very good the college as students to fill out the internship forms according to their requirements and their interest in a particular, etc. The student has to do some projects etc while doing the internship to get the practical industrial knowledge.

At the time of admission we were promised that there will be 100% placement but I don't think this is true this was just for the sake of grabbing more and more students. But the college provides placement facilities. The companies like Infosys, Wipro , tech Mahindra, cognizant etc.

This is a state private university so the fees of the programs are very high. My program is BCA which costs me 135000 Rs for the 1st year, here the program fee is 125000/ year and for the 1st year, the admission fee is 10000. This is very costly. There is no scholarship provided. There is a direct admission facility.

PCU is new branch of PCET . 2023-24 batch is there very first batch. there are no entrance exams anyone can take direct admission by filling the application form on there website. after the submission of the appln form their will be personal interview. The faculties of college are well experienced. Every faculty is a PhD holder or had been a professor at other colleges before joining this college. The faculties have good industrial experience and contact at the industry. They also have there own research papers. But the problem is some of them are not good at teaching and providing practical knowledge.
