- I'm studying in Dayananda Sagar University which is 3rd campus,they have a good faculties and overall teaching good .
- They bring lot of companies and give students more opportunities to get placed.
- And also they analyse the student's academic results and advice them based on their performances .And lastly it is a autonomous college the pressure is less here.
Dislikes
- Since it is a 3rd campus priority is less for thr srudents studying there.
- Campus is too small just 2 blocks actually it is a office they made it as college.
- Very less cultural events happens which we don't like about this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
To be honest First they will go slow means they take time to teach the concepts clearly so your first will go nice but after that they just complete fastly so there it is difficult for students to understand the concepts.Exams questions depends on the paper setter so it may be difficult also sometimes easy also.
Placement Experience
From 6th sem students become eligible for placements actually from then they will start to bring companies but students aren't not well trained to get job from college but if they are talented on their own they will easily get job. Average placements rate is 40% since recession and layoffs are happening. The highest package is 52lpa.i want to get a good job with good package
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees is 1,20,293 per annum for cet students, and for dsat 2,40,000 per annum and 3,30,000 per annum for management students this changes every year.overall course charges is 4,81,172 per annum. Attendance is compulsory in this college should maintain 75% and above to write exam.Dsu doesn't provide any scholarships but conducts contests and hackathons where they will provide prizes and also students can apply for other scholarships like govt,pvt.To be honest there is less placement changes for this campus but they are trying hard.
Campus Life
Tantra is big fest which happens every year in first campus and many hackathons and contest will be going on. You should have library card to take books to home. Classrooms are well maintained and labs have AC' s which don't work when needed.Sports and extracurricular activities are actually less.College also have many clubs like dance,singing etc.
Admission
Since I've admitted through kcet you can get seat if have 40k and below ranking for general for cse department and for other it is still more ranking people can also get seat here.To find the form you can go to the website www.dsu.in there are many reservations for women Exams are moderate.They should be patient while admission process and give some time for students as it is new for them.
Faculty
Faculties are actually good not like everyone are good but some are actually good.some just read out the ppts but some actually teach you the concepts clearly so it depends on who takes for your class.
