My Unbiased Opinions for BCREC Campus

I have choosen B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Course (4 years) cause in BCREC There are good professors, can share the real life experiences, on-field fault analysis. So I made a decision to enroll at BCREC. Their teaching methods are Up-to-Date, according to the latest MAKAUT Curriculum. The frequency of exams at BCREC- CA controlled by MAKAUT professionals. Basically Every month we have to give written exams.

Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, DVC Andal, CMERI Durgapur, Bokaro Thermal Power Plant, General Electronics, Jadavpur Electronics Laboratory, BCREC Idea Lab, Some Online Internships are available for students without any type of stipends. There is leading workspace at BCREC named IdeaLab established by AICTE that is a place to get the real life project ideas.

After 7th Semester, the students at BCREC become eligible to sit in placements. There are several companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, SIB, GE, some start-ups often visits BCREC for recruitment & they collectively made offers to get maximum no. of students. South Indian Bank (SIB) offered the highest package of 11 LPA. The Average package is offered by TCS, Infosys for 3 to 4 LPA. 75% of students get placements every year. I will make a business model after arranging a sufficient amount from my package job.

The Hike in Tution fees at BCREC can be seen every 5 year; the BCREC Management increase the Fee 10 thousand for every 5 year. WBSCC, SVMCM, AikyaShree, etc are the financial aids available at BCREC. Campus Employement is Average.

Freshers Welcome, Annual Sports Meet, TECHFEST, ZEAL are the events held every year by the management. There is a huge collection of journals, publications in library. Not a good facility in classrooms. Sports Management is actively working. Yes there are few clubs run by students under faculty's provisions.

Every 12th Pass/Diploma graduate can apply in the provided courses through direct admission process or management quota. If a JEE/WBJEE qualifier get his/her name on counselling list, after that they also have to pay the full tution fees proposed by the BCREC Management. The Aspect of Admission I didn't like- If you are willing to enroll in CSE & it's specialisation courses, you have to pay donation up to 10 lacs excluding college tution fee.

There is 1 faculty for 30 students (that's the ration in BCREC). There are highly qualified professors, are graduated from top NITs and are good in mentoring students. All the teachers , Hostel Wardens are quite interactive you can share your thoughts, ask your queries to any of the staffs. They will respond with a valid help.
