Likes

First thing I liked about this college is that it is affiliated to IPU and also the reputation is much better than the other colleges
Second thing which I liked is the infrastructure of this college campus which is literally wow
Third thing which I liked about this college is that the the faculty members at the time of admission are too good in terms of behaviour and guidance

Dislikes

Too much strictness for students and there is also penalty for that which in my thought is little bit wrong
I like cricket very much but in the campus we do not have any specific time for playing cricket
The behaviour of guards at the gate is not good at all

Course Curriculum Overview

My interest is towards the programming and data science that's why I have choosen this course. This curriculum is absolutely good and I have researched before choosing this course so it's according to my thought I have already mentioned that the method of teaching can be improved in certain areas like digitally explaining the topics and syllabus should not be overburden. I have no issue with the frequency of the exam but the centre of the exam took place very far which creates problem for me and the difficulty level of the exam is moderate, so I don't think it's too big issue it's totally up to you how much u can score in the exam according to ur preparation

There are various companies who visit to our college... Our seniors says the placement of this college is very good and also the company like Wipro Amazon HCL and many more visit our college regarding placement

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have any idea about the fees increasing policy but one thing is good from ur time of admission till ur last semester ur fee is fixed there is no increament in the fees The complete course fees is 240000 each year 80000 There is one scholarship this year but it was not for general caste student and I am from general category so I was very disappointed for this ,,, hope u will look upon this thing I am the member of drama society and I have performed 2-3 drama but haven't win any award but applauds were given in rewards

Campus Life

In my college there are so many fest I can't remember all of them but one thing I can say is that there are more than 3 fest per sem and also hundreds of workshops which I can say to u that no other colleges can provide The range of the books in Library is quite good for BCA student but BTech students have the best Library in the college The facilities in the classroom is wonderful beautiful desks and having 2 AC and 4 fans in each class with projector also Sports facilities are also good but there are no certain period for that which is quite unlucky for us There is KCC insta handle account which u can search through ur insta account and can gain information about the college

Admission

Eligibility BCA : more than 60 percentage in 12th and also need to give cuet exam U can find the application form on Google by searching GGSIPU or KCCILHE website and can fill the form The frequency of the exam is good u will get the time for preparation and the level of exam will be moderate The admission process should be more transparent. U do not need to overrate the college

Faculty

The faculty are good at this college as compared to school they have more patience and understanding. In terms of teaching some faculty members are too good but some of them need to improve their methods of teaching. In terms of interaction this college has no fixed time for sharing ur thoughts with the teacher u can go at anytime regarding this

The college provides good placements.Students can become eligible for placements from 3rd year . More than 20 companies visit for campus placements which give multiple offers. Highest package offered -12lpa and average package is around 5lpa.I am planning to pursue MCA after my BCA degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Talk about why I choose BCA I want to become a software engineer and many people in my family have placed on good posts after being inspired by them, I chose this course. All Faculties are good and everyone has a lot of experience in their work also support students. Faculty qualification is best and their way of teaching and explaining is also good. Mid-term exams are very good and they are also very tough.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

Secure and Affordable Hostel Stay at KCC

I appeared for CUET but didn't get admission through it. Due to high cutoff,I choose KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education because of its affordable fees structure and decent academic environment and good faculty for BCA. Other colleges had much higher annual fees, which made KCC a more budget-friendly option for me and my family. The admission process at KCC is through GGSIPU CET councelling based on 12th percentage.No seperate entrance exam needed for BCA.The cutoffs varies every year, but students with 50%+ in 12th usually get admission....Read More

Average college with good campus

I choosed this college because of it's campus and aaffordable fees structure. You will not be able to find any other college with this much area of campus with low fees structure. sharda university is also there with big campus but their fees structure is also very high as compare to KCC. to get admission in KCC you need to appear in IPUCET and on that basis you will get either direct admission or you have to go through the counselling session....Read More
